Beautiful detached Pilion guest house with modern apartments, 60 m directly over the dream beached of the Pilion peninsula of Potistika and Melanie. In mid of olive groves on a barely used street, which takes you in 2 minutes to the lower beach ca. 200 m away. The property lies on a hill of the small river valley of Potistika, whose inlet leads to surely one of the most beautiful beaches of Greece. From the apartment house one enjoys a fantastic view over the Ägäis, and on clear days even the Athos mountains are visible. Gardens with lounging areas surround the house and are free of charge for the guests disposal.

Potistika beach is located on the Ägäis side of the Pilion peninsula, lying on the South Pilion 40 km away from Volos. The nearest major town is Argalasti (12 km), where you can purchase almost everything for your daily needs, especially on the Saturday market. The next village is Xinovrissi (4km). The village of Potiska itself comprises a small country hotel, holiday homes and a few, most of them only open during the high season, taverns and restaurants. Next to Potiska lie the beaches of Melania, Mourtiska and Como, which are all easily reached by foot. On the other side towards the gulf (16km) the beaches of Kalamos, Lefokastro, Pao and Belian are all reachable in 30 minutes by car. The Pilion is famous for its unspoilt nature, especially the northern Pilion is renowned for its water abundance, its hiking paths and many small beaches.

Eine tolle Lage, eine überaus hilfsbereite und sehr nette Betreiberfamilie. Empfehle ich uneingeschränkt weiter. Für alle die die Natur und das ursprüngliche Griechenland lieben und dabei auf einen sehr guten Wohnstandard nicht verzichten wollen. Ein wunderschöner Strand, nicht überlaufen und gepflegt. Dort fahre ich gerne wieder hin.

Vermieter super-super nett. Hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen usw. Hilfe bei jeglichen Dingen. Es war mit Familienanschluß.
Appartment liebevollst eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Großer Garten mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Schatten- und Sonnenplätze.
Vermieter haben uns bestens betreut. Hilfe bei Anreise usw. usw.
Angaben im Online-Inserat waren superkorrekt.
Dieses Feriendomizil empfehle ich meinen Freunden weiter.

Für ruhesuchende Pilionliebhaber, die sich in ihrer Herberge außerordentlich freundlich und rundum versorgt fühlen möchten,gibt es nichts, was die Villa Athina und ihre BesitzerInnen(samt Hunden und Katzen) an Wünschen offen lässt. Wer den Weg zum Strand per pedes bewältigen möchte, hat zudem sein tägliches Fitnessprogramm auch schon im Paket. Für die nicht Gehfesten findet sich allerdings auch immer noch ein Parkplatz in der etwas abenteuerlichen "Strandanlage. Schön ist auch die relativ große Auswahl an Tavernen in der nächsten Umgebung, so dass der Genuß an der Beschaulichkeit der Lage nicht durch kulinarische Versorgungsengpässe geschmälert wird.
Rundrum zum Wohlfühlen; vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang und Betreuung durch Besitzer. Der Zustand des Hauses ist tadellos, sehr geplegt, einfach ausgerüstet, aber mit Gefühl für Details. Es fehlt schlicht an nichts. Ist für einen ruhigen Strand-, Sport- und/oder Wanderurlaub bestens geeignet.
