'I 99 olivi'('The 99 olive trees') is a beautiful old house situated amongst a grove of olive trees. It is located less than 2km from the beach in Imperia (Italy) in the heart of the Riviera dei fiori. The house has been converted into attractive holiday apartments which are available to rent on a weekly basis. The apartments were fully refurbished in October 2006. The holiday cottage 'I 99 olivi' is located in the Montolivo's property, in Imperia Oneglia, on a hill, 'Le Cascine', overlooking the town. The ancient village called 'Borgo delle Cascine' was once a rural area and is now one of the most exclusive residential areas in Imperia. Within easy walking distance, you can visit the gorgeous Park of Villa Grock, named after the famous Swiss clown. From 'I 99 Olivi', amid orange and centuries-old olive trees, you can also enjoy the marvellous view of the bay of Imperia and the 'Alpi Marittime', the most western part of the Alps.

'Elvira' is about 70 square meters (750 square feet) and is located on the first floor. It is the largest flat in the cottage and consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The spacious living room has large windows with impressive views of Oneglia, Porto Maurizio and the sea. A narrow path behind the house leads you to the panoramic terrace from where you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the whole bay of Imperia.
