The holiday home is at the end of an enclosed private street with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The bay is 40 m away. The garden is surrounded by an oleander bush. The inner courtyard is equipped with a large grill. The covered terrace with a sea view invites you to unwind. The three bedrooms are equipped with double beds and built-in cabinets in an Andalusian style. Both of the bedrooms were completely renovated in 2005. Next to the separate kitchen with a dining corner you will find a storage room with a washing machine and a large refrigerator. In the living/dining room there is cable/TV in a cosy fireplace corner. For the colder seasons, the house is equipped with central heating.
