The 2 room apartment has a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), upon request with extra bedding/crib/high chair. In the living room a sleeper sofa and 2 chairs invite you to relax. Different Berlin guides give you tips to discover new destinations. For those who want a little power after making visits, the television has a DVD player (music/films available). In a sideboard and 2 walk-in closets you will find enough space for your luggage. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub/WC and naturally a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining corner and let you do self catering from coffee in the morning to cozy dining. A dishwasher and tea, coffee, vinegar and oil and a few other amenities belong to the basic equipment of the apartment. We will greet you with mineral water and some fruit. Towels/bed sheets are included in the rental price. Pay attention to last minute prices

The lovely, modernly furnished apartment is located on a quiet street in the city district Mitte not far from the subway and S-train. You can park your car on the street for free. Public transportation will bring you quickly and comfortably to the attractions of the city (10 minutes to the Brandenburger gate/7 minutes to Alex). Due to the good transportation connections, you can travel back to relax in the apartment. Those who prefer to be active, however, can jog and walk in the nearby park or also swim a few laps during the summer in the public pool. The nearby climbing hall can offer escape after stressful sightseeing. S/U train station can be reached in 5 minutes. For self caterers, there are grocery stores nearby. Those who would rather be served, however, will also find a small, affordable restaurant with different cuisines. You can find an internet cafe on the way to the train.

  • The prices are for 2 people per night. Each additional person costs 10 euro per night extra. Children receive discount. From 7 nights the price will be reduced by 5 euro. Guests who have lived already in one of our flats, receive an discount when they booked once more.
  • ARRIVAL:
    Guests change is 10 ° clock, this is also the earliest date for the housing transfer.
    You will have the opportunity to leave your luggage in the apartment and to take delivery for the key of the apartment from Mrs. Kecis and if you come back, everything is cleaned for you. Latest arrival time is 22:00.
  • DEPARTURE:
    At 10 ° clock will be change and the cleaning will begin, because few hours later the next guest can collect.
    If you wish to stay longer some hours in the apartment and after your stay the apartment even more freely, you have to pay half amount of a day, because I have to block the following day and therefore I cann’t accept a new host.
    However, if you only leave your luggage in the house, we assume that, regardless of the number of pieces of luggage, 5 euro.

Great location and accomodations

My husband, 12 year-old son, and I enjoyed 3 nights at Wela Dos. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of brochures and maps were also available for us to us. Exterior of the building could use updating, but don't let that stop you. An easy walk to the train station, and plenty of shops and local eateries in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich mit viel Sorgfalt ausgestattet worden.Farblich ist alles aufeinander abgestimmt tolles Ambiente!! In den 2 begehbaren Schränken ist viel Platz auch für die Koffer.
In der Küche findet man alles, was man für die Selbstversorgung braucht! Ein kleiner Vorrat an Kaffee,Tee, Zucker,Essig und Öl ist vorhanden. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser stand für den ersten Durst bereit !
Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke Gesundbrunnencenter Aldi, Real Markt, Bäckereien und Metzgerei, DM und Rossmann. Hier ist auch eine Zustiegsmöglichkeit für die S und U-Bahn und Regionalverkehr.
Ich kann diese Wohnung wirklich nur jedem empfehlen, sie auch zentral liegt mit der U-Bahn höchstens 10 Min. zum Alexanderplatz!!!
Also, auf nach Berlin und gute Schuhe einpacken!

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Lage, die Betreung vor Ort, alles war ausgezeichnet. Wenn wir noch mal nach Berlin kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung wieder nehmen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

So unser Urlaub in der "Wela Tres" liegt nun genau drei Tage zurück und ich denke, nun ist es Zeit für ein kurzes Feedback zur Wohnung.
Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen bewohnt, es war zwar etwas eng, was die ganze Sache aber auch durchaus gemütlich macht. Die Einrichtung ist eher praktisch gehalten, dennoch fühlt man sich von Anfang an wohl in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Ausgestattet, was man braucht um sich eine Woche oder auch länger selbstständig zu Versorgen. Es ist Von A bis Z einfach alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einer ruhigeren Wohngegend, von daher bekommt man vom Stadtlärm nicht so viel mit. Trotz der ruhigen Gegend gibt es aber eine gute U und S-Bahn Verbindung (U- und S-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen liegt nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt) Auch die Selbstverpflegung klappt ohne Probleme, da sich in der Nähe der Wohnung ein Einkaufszentrum befindet. (Gesundbrunnen Center ebenfalls 5 Gehminuten entfernt)
Auch der Service lies bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Im Vorfeld der Reise wurden wir umfangreich über unsere evtl. Anreisemöglichkeiten informiert und uns wurde aufgrund der aktuellen Verkehrssituation in Berlin sogar ein Notfallplan der BVG in die Wohnung gelegt. (in Berlin fahren zur Zeit aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten nicht alle S-Bahnen) Auch Fragen die wir noch bezüglich des Hauses hatten wurden ausführlich und umfrangreich beantwortet.
Abschließend kann ich nur sagen, das wir die Wohnung jeder zeit gerne wieder mieten werden und das sich ein Aufenthalt in der "Wela Tres" auf jedenfall lohnt.

ideal für einen Berlinbesuch

Eine perfekte Unterkunft, auch für Familie mit Kindern. Außenansicht täuscht über "Inneren Wert". In jedem Zimmer gab es Getränke und Obst vom Vermieter - Dickes Lob! Anbindung zur S- und U-Bahn in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, ebenso ein großes Einkaufzentrum. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gern wieder!!!
