The beautiful villa attracts through its unique location: only 200 m through rock steps to the white beach and stunning sea view from the spacious terrace. The villa is built in a style typical for the country and consists of a main house and a small property where you will find a double bedroom and a shower/bath. From a double bedroom in the main house you will have a romantic view of the sea, the third double bedroom has an internal shower/bath. Another shower/bath is located near the living room. This is separated in a small living room and a kitchen corner (dishwasher). You will surely love the spacious terrace with a wonderful sea view and the well-kept garden with a green lawn. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. The exclusive villa with self-catering is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful accommodation in a beautiful ambiance. During the summer months, music nights are scheduled in the beach kiosks.

Only a 20 minute drive from Torre delle Stelle, you will find the famous holiday resort Villasimius and -in the other direction - the capital of the island 'Cagliari'. In the antique harbour city you can visit the cathedral, the Roman amphitheatre, the old city, the salt lakes with flamingos, or you can go shopping in the countless shops. The lively city offers something for everyone. The friendly coastal city of Pula is worth visiting with the famous beach Chia. For those who enjoy hiking and climbing, a must is the nearby mountain region 'Sette Fratelli', where you will find rare plants and animals. In order to get insight into the Sardinian culture, you should see the Nuraghe in Barumini (1 hour drive), it is one of the most famous on the island. Nearby you will also find the amusement park 'Sardinian in Miniatures', which gives a good impression and overview of the island. The nearby Costa Rei is also very popular.

Stimmen der Beschreibung des Objekts voll zu. Man sollte jedoch Treppen nicht scheuen - es gibt in der Tat einige bis zum Strand - aber gut begehbar.
haus wurde sauber übergeben - ein gepflegtes Domizil. 5 Erwachsene bzw. 5 + 1 Kind gut möglich.
Betreuung war in Ordnung. Wir können das Haus weiter-
empfehlen und wir werden wiederkommen.
Schöner - rel. flacher Sandstrand - Vermietung von Sonnenschirmen und Liegen - auch in der Zeit ab 09.06.09 war bereits zumindest eine Strandbar geöffnet.
Zwei, kleine, aber rel. gut sortierte Supermärkte in Geh-
nähe - bei einem angeschlossen eine empfehlenswerte Restauration - Pizzeria - und ein guter, sauberer Metzger. Ein Fahrzeug empfiehlt sich allerdings. Exkursionen nach Cagliari, ins Inland, Villasimius oder ähnliches sind nur so möglich.Es empfiehlt sich, die allgemeinen Sicherheitsratschläge des Vermieters zu beachten.
Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wir kennen die Villa Ignazio schon seit einigen Jahren und kommen immer wieder gerne hierher. Torre delle Stelle bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 2 schöne Strände und je nach Jahreszeit Ruhe oder auch quirliges italienisches Strandleben. Die Villa bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Man kann auch gut Tage mit Faulenzen auf der schönen, schattigen Terrasse verbringen und nur zu einem kurzen Bad ins nahe Meer springen. Dazu sind allerdings schon ein paar Stufen zu überwinden. Die Partys, die in den Sommermonaten an den Strandbars stattfinden, waren für uns nie störend. Wir haben hier lange, unterhaltsame Grillabende auf der Terrasse erlebt und haben unseren Aufenthalt immer genossen.

Owner's Response: die von unseren langjährigen stammkunden (nächstes jahr sind es 10 jahre, die sie zu uns kommen) angesprochenen strandpartys finden nur in der hauptsaison, also im juli und august, statt und auch nicht jeden tag. ansonsten liegt das haus sehr ruhig. statt der stufen, kann man natürlich auch einen etwas längeren weg in anspruch nehmen, um zum strand zu kommen.
