Farmhouse on a sunny hillside
Our semi-detached house is part of a farmhouse situated in a panoramic location, in Kitzbühel (Bichalmgebiet), 3 km from the city centre. The ski lift is close by in winter (10 minutes by car) and in summer there are golf courses and tennis courts just outside the front door. A housekeeper is available 10 h per week. The 130 m² house’s furnishings include antiques, art objects and high-quality textiles, and so it is not suitable for children and pets. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room and a guest WC. The upper floor contains two bedrooms as well as a designer bathroom. The sun balconies have a superb view of the Hahnenkamm Mountain.

An exclusive, world-renowned sports resort in winter and an Alpine golfing centre during the summer. The locality, situated in a magnificent panoramic spot above the town, has many sporting attractions, e.g. a golf course right outside the front door (GC Eichenheim), the hiking and rambling region of Bichlalm, the riding stables at Henntalhof, the tennis court Hotel Bichlhof. The Kitzbühler ski lifts are 10 minutes away by car.
