The apartment is 75 m² for 4 people. It is 150 m from the beach. There is an ocean view from the terrace off of the living room. There are two sleeper sofas in the living room, an American kitchen with electric appliances, coffee maker, microwave, iron, hair dryer etc. There is a large double bed (2 m wide) and air conditioning in the bedroom. The bathroom is en suite. Towels, bed and table linens are provided. A large panorama window in the bedroom offers a wonderful view of Lake Esperanza (popular with fishers). The house's pool and beautiful garden border the lake. There is bus stop in front of the house. Restaurants, chemists and supermarkets are nearby. You can walk along the nearby beach promenade for about 20 minutes and you will be in the harbour. Alcudia, with the medieval city wall, is 3 km away.

The apartment is about 150 m from the 15 km long sand beach. The beautiful garden with private pool and children's pool borders Lake Esperanza (a fisher's paradise). There are places to shop and restaurants nearby, there is a bus stop for Palma and various towns in front of the house. The apartment house is a perfect starting point for cyclists and hikers. There is an amusement park with water slides for children about 2 km away. There are several clubs for young people. The historic Alcudia Old Town is about 3 km away. You can walk along the nearby beach promenade for about 20 minutes and come to the harbour. There is a ferry connection there to Menorca, and many other tour boats nearby. The large nature reserve 'La Albufera' is about 4 km away.

Strandnahe Ferienwohnung mit schönen Ausblicken

Im AprilMai 2008 verbrachten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Mallorca.

Von dem Balkon unserer Wohnung konnten wir das Meer und den Fleet sowie die Häuser von Alcudia sehen. Der Weg zum Meer war sehr kurz über die Hauptstrasse am Fleet vorbei an den herrlichen Strand, somit eine ideale Lage der Ferienwohnung.

Das Wohnzimmer war geräumig und praktisch, mit einer Sitz- und Essecke eingerichtet. Auch die Küchenzeile ist gut mit allem notwendigen Geschirr ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein.

Auf der Rückseite der Wohnung, von unserem ein paar Stufen tiefer gelegenen geräumigen Schlafzimmer, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Den See kann man durch den Nebenausgang des Hauses mit ein paar Schritten erreichen. Die Spaziergänge lohnen sich auf den dafür gut angelegten Wegen abseits des Trubels.

Die Wohnung ist einfach durch einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Der Haupteingang ist durch einen wechselnden Code gesichert, der vor unliebsamen Besuchern schützt.

Abschließen möchten wir uns bei unseren sehr netten, freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Gastgebern bedanken, bei denen wir gerne wieder unseren Urlaub buchen würden.

Super Urlaub

Wir haben wunderschöne Frühlingstage auf Mallorca erlebt.
Das Apartment war so wie auf den Fotos angegeben. Es ist besonders hell durch die gegenüberliegende grosse
Schiebetür zur Terrasse und dem grossen Panoramafenster zum See.
Da wir vorwiegend schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir morgens auf der sonnigen Terrassse frühstücken.
Der Pool war im März noch zu kalt, aber der Strand ist ja so nah,dass wir lange Strandspaziergänge machen konnten.
Ganz besonders gut waren die breiten bequemen Betten ! Da die Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen liegt hat man zwei Wohnbereiche und viel Platz.. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber ausreichend.
Insgesamt ein super Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben im August 2009 eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Fewo und auf Mallorca gehabt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zum Strand und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Uns wurde auch ein Babybettchen und ein Hochstuhl gestellt. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ist vorhanden, was man im Sommer auch braucht. Eine große Terasse ist auch dabei. Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Dadurch dass das Schlafzi nach hinten raus zum See geht war es auch nicht so laut zum Schlafen. Fazit: Insel gut, Wettr gut und Fewo gut.

Sehr gute und saubere Ferienwohnung

wir waren im letzten Jahr von der Ferienwohnung und den Vermietern so angetan, dass wir dieses Jahr wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen wollten. Das haben wir dann auch getan.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat sich noch verbessert, denn die Vermieter haben einige neue Möbel und eine Klimaanlage angeschafft. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut, da es im August 2009 doch sehr warm war.

Alles andere befand sich wieder in einem einwandfreien, sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand.

Obwohl wir dieses Mal in der Hauptsaison dort waren, konnten wir gut am Strand entspannen, denn er war nicht überfüllt. Sehr angenehm!!!

Wir wären am liebsten gleich da geblieben. *schwärm*

Wir (Familie mit einem Kind) haben die Wohnung über Fewo-direkt gefunden. Die Vermieter haben sofort Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen, alles hat super geklappt. Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen. In den 12 Urlaubstagen wurden wir sehr aufmerksam betreut. Die geräumige Wohnung war in einem sauberen und sehr ansprechendem Zustand. Alles war sehr liebevoll arrangiert, sodaß wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand.

Die Außenanlage mit Poolbereich war sehr gepflegt.

Zum wunderschönen Sandstrand mussten wir nur wenige Minuten laufen.

Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreich vorhanden.


Fazit: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert auch für Familien, da die Vermieter sehr kinderlieb sind.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
