Situated of the hills of Nice, the pavilion gives advantage to be in the country while being at 10 minutes from the city, at 15mn of entering North of the motor-way and the parking free of the tramway which allows a very nice visit of Nice and the old city. The nearness of the motor-way make easy the depature to Cannes (20 kms) or Menton (25 kms) or Italy (30 kms)
