Modern city villa. Markkleeberg lies in the south of Leipzig. It takes only few minutes over the freeway as well as by the suburban metro train to reach the city center of Leipzig. The house constructed in 1998 lies in the Leipzig Neussen district. It is only a few minutes to the Cospuden lake as well as the Markkleeberg lake.

4-star holiday home. 1 large living/bedroom with dining table, stereo, cable TV, PC, telephone, DSL-connection, 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious kitchen with corner seat, table, chairs, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc. washing machine, dryer, refrigerator. Sufficient crockery is provided. Bed room and living room carpeted, hallway granite, Bath and guest-WC are tiled ceiling high. The complete apartment has central heating. Numerous windows/doors provide for bright rooms with a view of the greenery.

Markkleeberg with its many parks lies outside the gates of the city of Leipzig. It takes only few minutes over the freeway as well as by the suburban metro train to reach the city center of Leipzig. A visit of the historical city of Leipzig is always worthwhile. A summary of the popular tourist attractions: Theatre, Gewandhaus, Church of St. Nicholas, St. Thomas's Church, Auerbach's Keller, New Trade Fair, Stadium, Central Rail Station with modern shopping arcade and over 100 individual shops, Battle of the Nations monument, numerous cabarets, little theatre etc. The Leipzig city center is not very big. From the central rail station you can comfortably explore the city center by foot. Markkleeberg is located between the Cospuden lake as well as the Markkleeberg lake with its newly constructed white water regatta. Numerous sports activities like sailing, diving, bicycling, golf, tennis, riding etc. are offered here. Day excursions to Dresden, Meissen, Berlin, Czechia etc. are offered.
