Finca Son Rossinyol is situated only five minutes away from Petra. Son Rossinyol has a paved access and a beautiful situation in absolutely quiet surroundings. The newly built house is a beautiful combination of rustic Majorcan and modern style and comfort. The house has four bedrooms (two with king size, two with 2 single beds) and three bathrooms. The huge kitchen with dining area and the living room both have access towards the terrace and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped (side by side fridge). The approx. 100m2 of terrace is partly roof covered to enjoy the sun as well as the shadow in the hot summer season. On the edge of the terrace there’s the 5 x 10m overflow pool. If you travel with little children there is the possibility to fence it up completely for the safety of your kids and a relaxed holiday of the whole family.

Finca Son Rossinyol is situated close to Petra as well as to Ariany in the geographical centre of Majorca and therefore the perfect base for travellers who’d like to discover any part of Majorca. You’ll find a huge amount of restaurants and bars in the villages of the centre which offer typical Majorcan as well as international food. Further you’ll find cultural objects, shopping facilities, public pools, tennis courts as well as urgencies and hospitals close by. One of the biggest and well known markets of the island takes place every Wednesday in Sineu, only 10 km away from the finca. The next beach in the bay of Alcudia is reachable in only 20 Min. by car, Palma in 35 Min. But there’s also the possibility to take the train either towards Manacor or Sineu, Inca, Palma and Soller. Next station is in Petra.
