Our new build house is situated in best, sunny and calm location directly at the ski run and the lightened toboggan run. Restaurants and cafes as well as a ski rental business are in the neighbourhood. Likewise Après ski restaurants are easily attainable by foot. To the village center and the shops are only 5 minutes walk away (approx. 450m). The stop of the ski bus after Ischgl and Galtür is likewise only 450m far away, you can however also go there with the ski directly from the house to the valley station of the mountain railways Kappl where ski bus after Ischgl stops. So that also your car can make vacation, because you will not need it the whole vacation long. Of course our house has also a heated ski area with shoe dryer and garage parking spaces. The moreover exists the possibility milk and bread service by the local baker's shop.

Appartement „ Elegance “ for 5-8 persons: The Appartement is located in the ground floor, has a size of approx. 75m² and is elegantly furnished, has two large bedrooms with 3 beds each, an approx. 28m ² large livingroom kitchen with a large glass front with an excellent view to the skiing run and a high-quality taking off couch. The cooking and the living/sleep area are separated by a passage elbow spatially. The appartement has 2x shower/WC and a large balcony!

The most beautiful moving ways and mountainbike routes lead past directly the house. Enjoy the wonderful view on the impressive mountains surrounding Kappl and the quiet perceptible reassuring noise of a torrent at the opposite valley side. Furthermore we offer a meadow with grill hut to you and for your relaxation beach chairs as well as a table tennis plate.

Superneue Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail.
20 Schritte zur Piste und 40 bis zum Skiverleih(klasse Service).
Waren mit 2 Fam.(8Pers.)in der Wohnung Elegance.
Kommen jedes Jahr gerne wieder weil die Vermieter sehr sehr nett und unkompliziertsind.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Stellplätze in der Garage und über einen Skikeller.
Machen Sie sich am besten selbst ein Bild vor Ort und lernen die Gastfreundschaft dieses Vermieters kennen.

Vermieter unkompliziert und sympatisch.
Lage gut aber nicht zu sehr abgelegen.
Am Sylbrettarpass, Arlberg- und Rechenpass in der Nähe.
Große Garage, - für Motorradfahrer ein heißer Tip.
