Our beautiful holiday home is located on an 800 m² private property with palm trees and a beautiful mountain view directly at the foot of the Montgó in a peaceful location within a cul de sac. Furthermore, it is completely air conditioned and each room has its own SAT-TV. The bathroom has a large shower, the kitchen is completely equipped and you can relax on the terrace, which can offer shade as well through the blinds. In the garden you can find a shaded space under palm trees or the pepper tree and maybe read a book or two, which we provide for our guests. The 20 km long beach is 4 km away. Furthermore, there is a harbour from which you can make an excursion with a ferry to Ibiza in about 3 hours. You also have the option of booking excursions on the water. At the harbour you can also book a docking space for your boat.

There are shopping facilities 2 km away. The 20 km long beach is 4 km away. Enjoy the view of the Montgó, the sea and above Dénia from our sun terrace. You can eat well in different ambiances, on the beach, in the crowds of Dénia or luxuriously by the harbour. The area around Dénia is also worth seeing. Caves, waterfalls, ship rides, the castle of Dénia and a lot more invite you to go on excursions.

Tolles, bestens ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer tollen Lage. Sauber, gepflegt, toller Garten.
Super Vermieterin, die sehr auf die Belange der Mieter eingeht. Deswegen 5* für dieses Ferienhaus!

Schönes Haus zum entspannen

Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und nett eingerichtetes und komplett ausgestattetes Haus. Wir waren bisher 2 x im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden um entspannte Tage im Haus zu verbringen: Schöner, großer Garten, Grillplatz, Liegestühle, komplette Küche in der nichts, wirklich nichts, fehlt, Terrasse....... Ideal um zu entspannen und kleine Ausflüge zu unternehmen.

Auch Denia und Umgebung bietet einiges an Abwechslung. Denia ist eine nette Stadt mit ausreichend Restaurants und Kneipen. Tipp: Abends im Jachthafen einen Wein trinken.

Sehr nette Vermieterin und professionelle Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort.

Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!!

Am liebsten würde ich dieses Haus nicht empfehlen, damit es möglichst immer frei ist, wenn ich Urlaub habe... und dies ist wohl Aussage genug!

Wir, Fam. mit 2 Kindern, haben im Juli und Oktober 2007
insgesamt 3 Wochen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus war absolut sauber, gepflegt und komplett
ausgestattet. Alle Angaben seitens der Vermieterin waren
zutreffend.
Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können dieses
Objekt ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen.

Ein attraktives, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage für max. 4 Personen. Die Abwicklung durch die Vermieterin war tadellos, die Beschreibung des Objekts in FeWo-direkt absolut zutreffend, die Übergabe durch die Hausverwaltung war zuverlässig und pünktlich. Wir waren zufrieden und können das weiter empfehlen. Preis/Leistung stimmt.
