The house is located in a very peaceful location, but is just a few minutes by car from Porto Heli and multiple beaches. The holiday apartment faces the south and is located on the ground floor of the villa on a 12000 m² natural property. You can drive with the car right to the entrance door. From the living room and kitchen areas, you will have a very beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The apartment has about 100 m². The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic range). bedroom 1 (2 people) with walk-in closet, bedroom (2 people) 2 with built in closet. Two more people can sleep in the living room on a sofa bed. A large TV with Sat reception, radio with DVD and a washing machine in the 2nd WC also available. Sauna usage during the cooler seasons possible. The pool (60 m2) is located a few meters from your steps.

You can also reach different beaches, some with restaurants, in a few minutes. A lot of cultural-historical gems are in the radius of Porto Heli, like Kranidi, Ermioni and Kilada. The islands of Spetses and Hydra are also always worth a visit.
