Dieses sehr schön gelegene Haus ist liebevoll gepflegt und wird von den Eigentümern mitbewohnt.
Unsere Wohnung hatte einen sehr schönen und großen Balkon, ein großes Wohn- Eßzimmer mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile in der man nur kleinere Gerichte zaubern sollte. (Für mehr reicht dann der nötige Platz nicht aus). Sonst ist die Küche recht ordentlich ausgestattet.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, haben uns ihre Mountainbikes zur Verfügung gestellt, einen wunderschönen Abend auf ihrer Alm mit uns verbracht und viele nützliche Tips gegeben.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad im Ortszentrum oder man geht ca. 30 MInuten über einen schönen ruhigen Spazierweg abseits der Straße.
Ruhpolding hat unglaublich viel zu bieten. Zahlreiche Veranstaltungen, Schnupperkurse wie z.B. Bogenschießen und ein sehr gepflegtes und ordentlich ausgeschildertes Wander- und Fahrradnetz.
