The well equipped holiday flat is in a nice and calm location. The centre of Barano d'Ischia is about 300 m away and the next bus stop is at about 50m from the house. The flat is suitable for up to 5 persons and disposes of a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower upstairs and a living room with kitchenette and up to 2 beds downstairs. There is a balcony with table and chairs and a terrace on the roof with sea view.

sparetime: The apartment Casa Valle is at about 300m from the centre of Barano d'Ischia, one of the six municipalities of this island. Here you'll find all services, restaurant etc. The thermal spring Nitrodi, well-know for its healthy water for the skin and the stomach, distance about 200m from the flat. The next bus stop is at about 50m from the house and the frequently passing buses take you all around the island : to the beautiful Marontibeach (within 5 minutes), to the castle in Ischia Ponte, to S. Angelo e Forio, to the bays of S. Montana, S. Francesco and Citara, famous for the thermal park Poseidon and so on.

How to reach us:: Station of Naples: get a taxi or the tram number 1 to the port Molo Beverello. Here you can go by ship (traghetto) or hydrofoil (aliscafo) of the lines: Medmar, Caremar or Alilalauro to Ischia. Car: Highway Rome-Naples: after the tax station you go in direction Tangenziale, then Pozzuoli and leave this road in direction via Campana. Follow the indications to the harbour of Pozzuoli. Here you can choose a ship to Ischia Airport Naples Capodichino: go by taxi or transfer bus (called ALIBUS - departure every 30 minutes, price 3 Euro/person) to the harbour Molo Beverello. Here you can go by ship or hydrofoil to Ischia. Once arrived on the island, the bus CD will take you to your holiday flat Casa Valle

More...: Enjoy Ischia by bus or ship with breathtaking views of the green island. Have a trip to Capri, to the excavations of Pompei, to the Vesuvius or enjoy the wonderful coast road of Amalfi. Have pleasant days in one of the thermal parks and relax in the warm and healthy water.

die vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. allerdigs ist die wohnung anders als behauptet nicht ruhig. das eine doppelbett war praktisch nicht benutzbar. die sprungfedern waren kaum abgepolstert. das domizil ist
sauber und im übrigen gut eingerichtet. der nächste strand ist mit dem auto
in etwa 20 min zu erreichen.
Owner's Response: Alle vorherigen Mieter haben bestaetigt, dass die Wohnung ruhig ist. Bei dem 2. Doppelbett handelt es sich - wie auch in der Wohnungsbeschreibung erwaehnt - um eine Schlafcouch ( sie wurde dieses Jahr, also 2009 neu gekauft) und diese haben in der Regel eine duennere Matratze als ein normales Bett.
Der Strand liegt 2km entfernt und diese Strecke faehrt man mit dem Bus in 10Minuten.
