Ferienwohnungen mattle means comfort, to be at home, to relax, something special. In our new appartmenthouse modern architecture and the best apartment comfort are combined. The light rooms have large windows to enjoy the wonderful surrounding mountains every minute of your holidays. Especially the location of ferienwohnen mattle is perfect for every holiday: in winter you are in the skiing area just in one minute. Kappl, in summer you can start you hiking trips directly from our house but also shops, restaurants and bars are in the direct neighborhood of our house. Are you intrested in unforgetable holidays? Our apartment Jakob is suitable for 4-6.persons. Each of our apartements have a high standard equipment: all single or double rooms have a single bathroom, but of course that's not everything. All rooms and the kitchen living are modern: LCD partly flat TV, Wifi, telephone, safe and of course everything that must not miss in a modern kitchen: dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler... And to really enjoy the wonderful surrounding mountains there are south or east balconies, with sun chairs and a wonderful panorama in every apartment.

Already when entering the house the perfume of the local pine spread a comfortable atmosphere and the cousy lobby offers you the possibility to really arrive in your holiday resort. In our house you need not to carry heavy luggage, the elevator brings you and your luggage in every floor. The keeping of your skis and shoes is also very confortable in our house: In the storage room on the ground level every appartments has his own skilocker - very easy to handle and very confortable in the morning, when you put on your warm and dry skiboots. And if everything hurts after a long skiing day or you only want to relax. Our panorama sauna is opened for you (3 times a week FREE)
