Very nice Villa with big Pool between Pollensa and Sa Pobla
The villa is between Pollensa and Sa Pobla. The villa set in a small community settlement, surrounded by pine forests, mountains and rolling countryside hills, along the road to Pollensa. The villa has 3 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and very nice garden with pool. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the rest of the house includes many features for your comfort, such as hot/cold AC even in the bedrooms, and SAT TV, CD & DVD players for your entertainment.

The villa is set in the northern Tramuntana Mountains on the outskirts of the roman town of Pollença with its fabulous cultural centre. Narrow twisted lanes opening onto leafy squares lined with cafés and bars invite you to simply sit back and enjoy the view. The house is decorated in a modern style, the villa wooden beamed ceilings and cool terracotta floors complimented by the typical Mediterranean furniture. Outside is a secluded swimming pool and a wonderful shaded terrace with dining area and barbecue.
