This charming, very good maintened holiday home, 'style bascais', has 65 m² living space, a beautiful and enclosed garden of 700 m² with parking for your car. The house has been tastfully renovated in 2007 and pleasently furnished. The new kitchen has an exit to the rear terrace with dining area, a pavillon permits to have the meals here at midday. There are corners to have a sunbath also. The house is located in a quiet byroad of a residential area in Pornichet. A widespread sandy beach is only 200 m, shops and a simple Restaurant are only 100 m.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was der Urlauber benötigt. Die Lage ist einmalig: Man hört das Meeresrauschen auf der Terrasse, gleichzeitig hat man den Trubel des Badeortes nicht vor der Haustür.
Owner's Response: Es ist eines der schönsten Sommerhäuser aus unserem Programm, das in einem sonnigen Urlaub besonders gut gefällt.

Endlich Urlaub - auch für die Eltern!

Eltern und Kinder samt Hund haben sich im Sommerhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ruhe, die Nähe zum Strand und der Bäcker und Metzger um die Ecke - was will man mehr? Das Haus ist äußerst gepflegt, die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Hunde dürfen entgegen der Schilder morgens und abends auch ohne Leine an der Strand - welche Wonne für die Vierbeiner! Achtung: Französische Bettwäsche/laken sind nötig! Nicht zuletzt auch durch das sehr schöne Wetter werden wir diesen Urlaub in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten.

Urlaub im Haus Clos Mi Jo

Wir fanden das Haus sehr schön , sehr ruhig und sauber. Insbesondere die Terrasse mit dem Pavillon ist sehr schön angelegt.
Die Lage des Hauses am Ortsende in Strandnähe ist sehr gut. Die Strandpromenade ist neu ausgebaut mit Laufwegen in Holz. Das Haus ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen für Küstenwanderungen im Gebiet Croisic, Ausflüge in das Brière-Gebiet sowie in die Salzgärten von Guerande. Zwei Supermärkte sind in der Nähe (max 2 Km).
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
