Photos and Description of this Nice holiday house on 3 floors: on the top a big living room / kitchen with balcony and great views

This small house was renovated with much love and hard work. It is hidden in an antique court yard and is not visible from the street, passing by. In order to access it you need to pass by another Old Town house. Once you have arrived you will be surrounded by calm, relaxation and idyll. The small court yard (terrace) with a palm tree or the balcony on the 2nd floor with a magnificent view of the city is ideal for a moment of relaxation from the city. The beach is only 5 min. away.

Booking process : 1.) Kindly note that in all flats SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. By non-observance we will cancel the contract immediately and keep the deposit!!! 2.) The first step is to send us a booking request to our e-mail adress with the following information: travel period, how many persons (kids? - age?), your address and your phone number. If you wish, we will call you back. 3.) In case we confirm your request you have to transfer a deposit of 150€ within 10 days. When we get the receipt of payment, your booking is finalized. We will confirm by email. 4.) The remaining amount is due at latest 3 weeks before your arrival. 5.) By doing a booking you agree to our general business conditions. After your first contact we will send you our personal website where you can read the 'General business conditions'.

Ski: 3 skiresorts app. 70 km away. busses are going daily from the bus station, 250 m from the apartment. We are happy to help you to organise a ski-trip.

Golf: The Côte d'Azur is THE paradise for playing golf. If you need any information about golf, we will be happy to help you.

Wonderful views across the roof-tops

This is a delightful little house situated high up in the Old Town which makes the view from the balcony absolutely stunning, but this height is achieved by walking up either a steep hill or alternatively climbing steps as part of the street. There are stairs to be negotiated to reach the little courtyard and then more stairs once inside the property. The property is clean and has more than adequate mod cons although if you are not familiar with remote control air-con and heating you might need a quick tutorial. If you plan to travel about the area then it is ideally placed for the main bus station and the fares are incredibly cheap. The tram system in the town is also very convenient. In terms of supermarkets there is a large Monoprix quite near to the bus station and a smaller 8-huit nearer the house. The Old Town is full of eating places of one sort or another and recommend too the home-made pasta shops - we tried 2 and both were excellent with a variety of fillings and sauces to choose from. Last but not least is the suberb fishmarket just a stone's throw from the house - absolutely wonderful!
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

'Über den Dächern von Nizza' ist hier wörtlich zu verstehen. Die zentrale und doch sehr ruhige Lage auf einer Anhöhe ist sehr angenehm. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis in die Altstadt und zum sehr schönen ruhigen Spielplatz im Park. Für Familien, die keine Angst vor Stufen haben, eine gute Adresse für einen Stadturlaub. Das Haus ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Familie Kunath aus Birkenheide, Deutschland (April 2007) // Unser Urlaub in Nizza zählt nun leider schon zur Vergangenheit. Trotzdem werden wir noch lange von den phantastischen Eindrücken zehren, die er in unserem Bewusstsein hinterlassen hat. Ganz wesentlich am Gelingen war ja auch die tolle Wohnung beteiligt, welche unserer Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und bedanken uns recht herzlich für das tolle Quartier, welches wir gerne weiterempfehlen werden. Schöne Grüße aus dem verregneten Westerwald.
