The house, decorated in Spanish style, has 2 living quarters on 2 different levels and is located in a woody residential area. Each living quarter has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living/dining room. The terraced garden has a pool with Roman stairs and is ideal for relaxing and rejuvenation. There is also a fenced-in parking space for 2 cars right in front of the house. The house is on a side street in a beautiful residential area, where many owners live year-round. It only takes a few minutes by car to reach various beaches and coves and places to shop. Restaurants, tennis courts and a larger supermarket are within walking distance. The entire house is only rented out to one party at a time.

Javea (also called Xabia), is the 'Pearl of Costa Blanca', surrounded by orange plantations. An exciting old town with marina, Old Town, a long promenade on the ocean with many pubs, restaurants and shops. It stretches from Arenal beach to the marina area. There is a beautiful sand beach and many hidden pebble beach coves. Javea is famous as the place with the most 'healthy climate' in Europe (only pure ocean air and no industry). Javea and the surrounding area is great for going for walks, discovering and enjoying. Relaxation comes automatically here. Jávea naturally offers its guests a well-functioning, modern medical facility and numerous places to shop in addition to numerous recreational activities. The very pleasant climate conditions can be enjoyed year-round with a lot of sun.

  • Payment conditions: Booking can be in written form or via email. The booking is binding after the landlord has received the agreed down payment of 30%. Communication will take place in the form of a booking confirmation. The remaining balance is to be paid to the landlord no later than 4 wks before start of rental duration. In the case of a late payment, the rental agreement can be voided in the name of the landlord after prior notice. In this case, the down payment would not be refunded. For bookings that were made within 4 wks of the start of the rental duration, the entire amount is due at once.

dieses ferienhaus ist super für familien und im online inserat stand alles so wie wir es vorgefunden haben. es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. von der vermietung wurden wir sehr gut betreut und ich würde dieses haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. supermarkt ist in der nähe und im ort go kart ( deutsche inhaber), minigolf, tauchschule etc. bzw im hafen jeden morgen fischmarkt etc.
ich wünsche allen die dort hinfahren genauso viel spas, wie wir ihn hatten.
