This apartment is situated only 150 m from the sandy beach and about 4 km from Denia town centre, but next to all amenities. Bus stop in font of the building, supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. 2 minutes walking distance. From terrace and private garden you have access to the large communal pool and garden area. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower), living-dining area, closed kitchen and south-east facing terrace Centralised air conditioning (hot-cold) and SAT (Astra). In addition there is an underground parking place and one non-covered inside the urbanisation. Lift.

Less hectic than the Costa del Sol and with warmer winters than the Costa Brava, the Costa Blanca (The White Coast) occupies a prime stretch of Spain’s Mediterranean coastline running along the province of Alicante. The Costa Blanca enjoys a perfect Mediterranean climate with daytime temperatures averaging 20 degrees in the winter.
