Das ist eigentlich eine 4-Sterne Pension. Das Frühstück ist sensationell. Abendessen kann man bestellen - ist natürlich etwas teurer als in den Restaurants. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Wer im Urlaub selber kochen will, sollte zelten fahren. Deutsch wird nicht gesprochen - Urlaubsenglisch reicht. Die Lage ist top, Pool ist ganz neu. Lecker Drinks und ein offener Kühlschrank 24 h. Auto steht sicher. WLAN und Klima gibt es auch. Wir fahren wieder hin.

Das familien- und vorallem babyfreundliche Haus mit 5 Appartements liegt in ruhiger Lage im Urlaubsort Medulin. Das Haus ist renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Stühle und Liegen am Pool können frei genutzt werden. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und gleicht einer kleinen Oase der Ruhe und Erholung. Die "Kleinen" können also nicht "ausbüchsen". Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit beim Vermieter Frühstück und Abendessen zu bestellen oder auch Halbpension zu buchen. Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend und wird frisch zubereitet (Anmeldung erforderlich). Gemüse und Obst kommt aus eigener Ernte bzw. werden täglich frisch von Bauern der Umgebung bezogen. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Fehlt etwas kann man einfach fragen. Man versucht dieses zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir sind schon am überlegen, wann wir nochmals fahren können.

Appartementeinschätzung Villa "Igor"

Lage / Objekt: sehr schön. Ausstattung: es fehlte jegliches Kochgeschirr - auf Nachfrage geringfügig erhalten. Gute Sauberkeit -Bettwäsche, Handtuchwechsel pro Woche. Parkmöglichkeit im Grundstück sehr gut. Wenig Gastfreundlichkeit durch den ständig anwesenden Vermieter ja sogar Unfreundlichkeit. Ausserdem ist die sprachliche Kommunikationsmöglichkeit des Vorgenannten stark eingeschränkt . Eingeschränkte Bewegungsfreiheit für die Gäste am Pool und im Garten, Grillbenutzung ausschließlich durch den Vermieter . Angebote für Essen im Hausrestaurant viel zu teuer. Lärmbelästigung durch den anwesenden Vermieter. Auf Grund der genannten Dinge , nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Freizeitmöglichkeiten vorhanden, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
