The house in the center of Costa Blanca is located 40 km from the Alicante international airport, 30 minutes from Alicante. The furnishing includes: 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, cot available, living room (with sleeper sofa), bathroom with a tub / 2nd floor shower, kitchen equipped with: stove with Ceran stove, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishes for 6 people, patio, Sat connection and pool in the complex. It is fully furnished and stores are nearby.

For those who still want the bustle and night-life can find these 10 km away from the Torrevieja city or 5 km away from Guadamar. There are shopping facilities in the city of Quesada or in Guadamar with banks, doctors and countless cafes and restaurants. For those who do not want to spend their days on the beautiful beaches of Guadamar, there are a lot of interesting daily excursions nearby. The complex borders a nature reserve with salt lakes which invites you for beautiful hikes and biking trips. From the balcony, you can see the whole lake. In the complex is also a super market. About 5 min to Quesada you will find all shopping facilities. Guadamar and Torrevieja can be reached in a 10 to 15 minute drive.
