The house was built in a traditional 1930 style with mud and straw. It was freshly renovated in 2007. All shopping facilities can be reached in 2 min. on foot. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a television, DVD and fireplace oven, the children's room with bunkbeds, dining room with space for 6 people, built-in kitchen completely equipped with a 4 plate ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and the shower/bath. On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and the bedroom with 2 single beds and a TV with receiver. There is a parking space in front of the house for your car. In the back is a small garden facing the south, in the large shed you will find 3 bicycles, 1 freezer and a washing machine and a grill. Laundry stand and clothespins available. On the terrace you will find a table and 6 beer garden chairs.

In Petersdorf you will find a beautiful old church. During the summer, there are concerts every Friday starting at 20:00. You can already recognize them when you drive over the Fehmarnsund bridge. Those who want can drive from Puttgarden to Rödby or do this by foot. A ride takes 90 minutes back and forth. In Burg you can go for a walk and from Pentecost to October, the shops are open seven days a week. In our house you will escape the hustle of the summer and during the fall and winter you can unwind on the beach (5 minutes away) with the wind and after this enjoy a hot tea or chocolate by a fireplace. On the island is wonderful for inline skating and cycling. The bicycle paths are very well marked and those who would like can go around the entire island. The closest amusement park is the Hansapark in Sierksdorf, about 45 min. from us, but in Burg you will find the largest shark aquarium in Europe. The beach is 5 minutes away.

Wir (5 junge Erwachsene,1 Teeny und ein Baby) haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch nach 8-stündiger Anreise haben wir die Wohnung gleich gefunden, dank der guten Beschreibung von Familie M.Auf alle Fälle werden wir dieses nette Häuschen witerempfehlen.Eine Woche ist zu kurz, um alles auf der Insel zu erkunden. Fahrräder kann man im Ort ausleihen, wurden uns aber vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt.Besonders schön ist das Vogelparadies in Wallnau, das Klettern und die "Experimenta"- Ausstellung in Burgstaaken sowie das Meereszentrum. Doch am Schönsten war es für uns Landratten sich am Strand zu erholen.

Wir werden uns die größte Mühe geben, es für neue Gäste und "Wiederholungstäter" immer zu einem Erlebnis werden zu lassen in unserem Hause Urlaub zu machen, ob im Frühling, Sommer, Herbst oder Winter.

Autentisches Backsteinhaus in Petersdorf

Wir waren mit zwei Familien mit je einem Kind in der Neustadtstraße 8 in Petersdorf im August 2008. Da das Haus im Vorjahr erst renoviert worden war, war alles Tip-Top!. Wir haben selten bis nie eine FeWo erlebt, die so liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet war. Man hat gemerkt, dass die Vermieterfamilie dieses Haus auch selber nutzt und es sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet hat.
Man erkennt dies z.B. an schönen Bildern, einem Vorhang neben der Eingangstür, und an vielen anderen Details.
Nicht zu empfehlen ist die FeWo für Leute, die sich lieber in anonymen Ferienanlagen aufhalten und Voll-, Halbpension oder "All inclusive" brauchen - die müssen woanders hin.
Auf der Insel selber ist alles mit Auto oder Fahrrad in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Einkaufsmgölichkeiten in Petersdorf sind sehr gut.
Fazit: Zu empfehlen für 2 bis 4 bis 6 Personen

Urlaub auf Fehmarn

Unser Urlaub im Mai auf der Insel Fehmarn war wunderschön. Das Wetter war super, so dass man die Tage ohne Einschränkung im Freien verbringen konnte.
Unser Domizil in Petersdorf war sehr schön eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen.Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und das Badezimmer ist ein richter Hingucker mit dieser riesigen Dusche. Wir haben sogar 2 Abende den Ofen im Wohnzimmer benutzt, der sehr zu einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre beiträgt. Mit ruhigem Gewissen können wir diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und sagen, dass wir gerne wiederkommen werden. Wir danken der Vermieterfamilie für diese tolle Unterkunft und hoffen bald wiederkommer zu dürfen.
