The 700 m² property is in a peaceful location for alone usage and has romantic illuminations during the evening. It is located in the Orotavatal above the Puerto de la Cruz 300 m above sea level. You will have a stunning view of the tide, coast and mountains. It has a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace, table, 6 garden chairs, pool 4x8m, solar heating. Pool loungers with covers. Palm tree garden, orange, lemon, coffee trees. Bodega and plancha for 8 people for grilling and an outlook corner with sea-valley view. The house has 1 separate bedroom and bathroom - 2 sinks - tub - shower, 2 bedrooms and bathroom - 2 sinks - shower - washing machine. Built-in cabinets with safes. Bedsheets, towels and bathrobes, kitchen with all comforts, dishwasher and everything you need, living room: Panorama sliding doors to the garden, 2/2 couches and 2 chairs- SAT TV, video- DVD player, fireplace. Lower - dining room for 8 people.

In the always lush green Orotava Valley with a mountain panorama is the historical city La Orotava, Puerto de la Cruz and the Teide national park with forests for hiking, towered by Spain’s highest mountain, which is covered with snow during the winter - Teide at 3718 m. In the area you will find different beaches, secluded bays, restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses and a spacious sea water swimming pool designed by Cesar Manrique. One of the many attractions is the Loro Park, the Playa Jardin (black sand) and great bays somewhat outside of the city, the monastery Monasterio with different restaurants or Plaza de Charco, where the residents and tourists have fun 365 days a year. Übertrifft noch die geschilderten Angaben im Online-Inserat. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hauses war super sauber und gepflegt und wurde optimal betreut.Die Lage, am Rande von Weinbergen, wo man auch direkt vom Winzer auf dem Spazierweg kaufen kann, ist sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter legt Wert auf die Zufriedenheit der Mieter, z.B. mit Büchern und CD´s. Die Vorbereitung war ebenfalls so, wie man sie braucht, einschl. einer guten Wegbeschreibung. Ich würde jederzeit meinen Freunden dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man alle Ziele, für jeden ist die Insel reizvoll. Als Restaurantempfehlung würde ich die ehemalige Klosteranlage mit ca. 7 verschiedenen Restaurants angeben (Name entfallen). Alles in allem nur beste Empfehlung!
