Elegant spacious Villa with two individual apartments each one with individual house door. In front of the house there is a little pine wood. Apartment 1 A ( 90 m2) is the upper floor with individual entrance by an exterior staircase from the principal entrance (see also foto) and individual house entrance, 2 double bedrooms, sitting-dining room with access to a large terrace with beautiful sea view, kitchen with access to a little balcony, bath-room, entrance, . Apartement 1 B (90m2) is the ground floor, also with individual house entrance door and garage, 2 double bed-rooms, sitting-dining room with access to a very large terrace (partly covered partly free) with access to the garden, bath-room, kitchen and house entrance. Car parking in front of the house (very quiet zone)

The holiday apartment in the upper floor has an individual house door by an exterior staircase from the street and the principal entrance. It has a very large terrace of all the front of the house with a wonderful sea vieuw, it has no access to the garden. The same as the apartment in the ground floor, it consists of 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, spacious sitting-dining room, entrance, bath-room, garage.

Do you want combine beach holiday and sightseeing? Then Calafell is the ideal beach resort for you. The holiday home offered is located in a quiet zone on a little hill. Situated south of Barcelona with beautiful fine sandy long beach, not very crowded, very suitable for children and elder persons. Well communicated with Barcelona (57 km) by train, going and coming every half an hour to the real centre of Barcelona (fee is very cheap).Many shops, bars and restaurants. All water sports are available, incl. golf (2km), tennis, mini-golf, water-park, Port Aventura 20min highway etc) interesting country with wine-yards (wineries can be visited) and mountains, large pine forests. 30 km to south there is Tarragona, world-heritage with many Roman monuments. Sea front boulevard with many shops and restaurants and small bars. Wellness center offering thalasso therapeutics (interesting for long term renters in winter) Supermarkets and typical market, banks, pharmacies and medical centers.

ruhige, saubere und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Toller Strand und super sauberes Wasser. Sehr für Kinder zu empfehlen. Tolle Betreuung durch die Vermieter.
