"La Charretterie" is a typical Norman barn from 1650. It was lovely restored to the finest detail with modern comforts. The light flows through 8 large glass doors into the entire living and dining area. The comfortable room (45 m²) with its old oak beams, half-timbered walls and original tiled floors is very cosy and invites you to unwind during the day. You can reach the well-equipped, light-flooded kitchen through the authentic barn gate. The bedroom is on the same level and has an elegant canopy bed and its own bathroom. A beautiful, original wood staircase leads to 4 charming bedrooms (3 double beds 160 x 200 and 4 single beds 90 x 200) and 2 modern bathrooms. Each room has half-timbered walls and the warmth of the old wood. The large garden and the terrace offer space to play and sunbathe, along with space to have cosy meals outdoors. It is only 400m to the village square with its shops. The beaches are 5 km away.

The holiday home "La Charretterie" is located peacefully by the village centre. You can go on foot to go shopping in the village (very good bakery w/tasty croissants, sea food, supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, doctor...). Offranville is the capital for pigeon towers in France with 8 different pigeon towers (with half-timbers or wood-brick, with round, square or octagonal floor plans with fine motives or simple ...). All are 200 to 400 years old. The beaches are 5 km away. Fine sand beaches mix with the coastal cliffs. The high cliffs made of white chalk make for an impressive view. The difference between the tide & flood is large. Dieppe with its beautiful harbour & typical market is 8 km away. Varengeville, Pourville, Quiberville, the villages loved by the painter Claude Monet, are 6 km away. Rouen, a museum city with very beautiful half timbered alleys, is 45 km away. Very charming villages on the coast like Veules le Roses, Saint Valéry & Honfluer invite you to go for a stroll.

Ein sehr praktisches, geräumiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, der große Wohn und Essberich durch die raumhohen Fenster angenehm hell.

La Charreterrie liegt nahe der normannischen Alabasterküste.
Eine ruhige Gegend mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und schönen Stränden und Küstenabschnitten.

Das Ferienhaus ist zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen bestens geeignet. Es ist gut ausgestatten - alles ausreichend vorhanden.

Die empfohlene Belegung max 9 Erwachsene oder 8 Erwachsene + 1-2 Kinder.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht!
