The comfortable and spacious apartment was completely newly designed in 2004 and consists of a large living/dining room with a fireplace oven, well-equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with WC/bidet, shower and a natural stone vanity and single hand fixtures. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed and a lot of space for your utensils. There is also a SAT-TV, radio, fridge/freezer combo and central gas heating available. Starting 04/09 the heated pool 4x10m will be available. From all rooms you will have a wonderful view into the valley. The apartment is ideal for 2-3 people and has a parking space. On the 2.7 ha property you will find a variety of possibilities to be active outside. Of course, you will also find garden furniture and a grill. Pets are welcome. In the 200 year old nature stone house you will also find the apartment from the German owner, who occasionally uses it himself.

Casa Gorazzi is located between Prunetto and Monesiglio very peaceful in the middle of vineyards with a stunning view into the valley. Cities, like Alba, Bra, Cuneo, Turin or Genoa can be reached within an hour by car. Furthermore, the nearby Ligurian Sea (about a 45 minute drive) invites you to go strolling and swimming. Romantic castles, beautiful castles and countless charming cities invite you to go on excursions.
