Belvedere is situated in an absolute unique position above Lake Garda, in the small village of Brenzone. Embedded in a well-groomed Mediterranean garden with palms and typical olive trees and a large pool area – Belvedere with its quiet surrounding is certainly the perfect spot for relaxing holidays. The lake with the old harbour, the beaches as well as shops and excellent restaurant are to reach in a 5-minutes walk. The apartment is available from garden on same level by a separate entrance with a small terrace. Inside you will find a generous living/dining area with fully equipped kitchenette. The large panoramic windows create in combination with the elegant furniture and the bright Mediterranean colours a stunning atmosphere. From covered lake-front terrace you can enjoy brilliant views overlooking the whole Northern lake and the Alps behind. Further there are 2 double-bedrooms kept in a lovely style and 1 bathroom. Separate car-box with washing machine in the basement.

The village of Brenzone in a slope position beneath Monte Baldo, is set on the Eastern shores of Lake Garda, the most attractive Italian lake, only 6 km south of famous and picturesque town of Malcesine. Brenzone offers its guests a good infrastructure with shops, excellent restaurant, nice beaches as well as numerous natural and cultural monuments. You can practice nearly all kind of water sports but also tennis, climbing, hiking, mountain-biking, beach ball and there is also very close a stunning golf resort. Brenzone is also the perfect starting point for doing sightseeing trips around the lake or to Verona 45 minutes, Mantova 1 h, Milan and Venice 1,5 h, Florence 2,5h.

Einfach super,die Wohnung, die Anlage. Ist zwar zu Fuß etwas beschwerlich aber die Aussicht entschädigt für so manches. Wir, 3 Erwachsene, sind vom Eigentümer persönlich sehr herzlich empfangen worden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
