This detached house is situated in south Berlin in the suburb of Rudow, 35 minutes away by underground railway from Potsdamer Platz / Brandenburger Tor. It is in a leafy area of flowers, bushes and trees. From the entrance with hallway and seating, a few steps lead you into a very spacious living room with fireplace, upholstered seating and dining table with chairs. The large modern fitted kitchen is adjacent. The fireplace in the centre of the living room creates a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. All rooms have expensive oak parquet floors and have recently been completely renovated. In the living room there is also an extending sofa double bed available in case of need. The separate bedroom contains a high quality double bed.

Rudow is the most southerly suburb of Neukölln, Berlin, with mainly detached houses and lots of greenery. This is your opportunity to live in a detached house in a leafy district, and yet only 20 minutes by car or 35 minutes by underground train takes you into the city centre, for example to Potsdamer Platz or Brandenburger Tor. Despite all its city flair, Rudow has retained its village atmosphere. There are lots of shops of every kind, such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacists, bakers and restaurants within walking distance at close range. One of the biggest shopping malls in Berlin, the Gropius Passages, is only ten minutes away. This shopping and events centre has the longest opening hours in the whole city.

It is more or less complete, containing good ceramic hot plates, an extractor hood with external ventilation, a roomy fridge, a microwave, a high-class oven, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, glasses, saucepans and dishes and lots of utensils for cooking and food preparation. The fireplace is glazed and wood can be used as fuel. It’s so good to relax in comfort in front of a fire after a long day of activity. The apartment has central heating. The fireplace is supplementary heating. In the garden there are well-maintained garden chairs, table and two garden loungers for your use. So you can eat or take coffee outside as well. Behind the house is an enclosed parking space for a car. There are also things like family games and cleaning materials.

Complex and Excursions: You can reach the City in twenty minutes by car, using the motorway ring road A 113. You can also take the bus, night bus or underground (U 7 Zwickauer Damm) which is five minutes’ walk away. Day or night you can be in the centre very quickly, e.g. 35 minutes on the underground to Potsdamer Platz. There are all sorts of things to see, such as City tours, museums, the zoo, the Aquarium and so on. You can also make excursions to the Spreewald, Potsdam with its castles and gardens and the various large lakes of Berlin and the area to the south of the city. You can swim, walk or take a trip on the steamboats and do a cycle tour. Berlin is a city of green spaces and friendly to cyclists. We offer free cycles and the ADFC cyclists map of the city so that you can explore the cycle tracks. Cycles can be taken onto the underground and trains.

Wir haben 14 erlebnisreiche Tage in Berlin und Umgebung verbracht und sind jeden Abend gern in unser schönes und gemütliches"Heim" zurückgekehrt. Die gemütliche Wohnung ist mit komplettem Hausrat ausgerüstet, unsere Fahrräder waren sicher im Gartenhaus untergebracht und bei sonnigen Wetter kann man sich im Garten entspannen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kurzum: es hat alles super gepaßt. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Nach einen langen Tag im Tropical Island kamen wir an unserem gewählten Ziel an. Wir wurden gleich herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns von anfang an zu Hause.
Von der Beschreibung kann man absolut keine Abstriche machen es ist real beschrieben und es fehlt einem an wirklich nichts.Die verkehrsanbindung ist absolut Klasse und ich konnte das Auto mal eine Woche einfach stehen lassen, was ich nur empfehlen kann. Wir waren den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs und haben viel gesehen aber dennoch hat die Zeit bei weitem nicht ausgereicht das wir sicherlich noch einmal nach Berlin kommen werden und mit Sicherheit werden wir auch genau wieder dieses wunderschöne Ziel ansteuern dieses wunderschöne gemütliche Ferienhaus. Wir sind abends nach langen Tagen immer wieder gerne "nach Hause" gekommen. Dieses Ferienhaus ist 1A zu empehlen

1)Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind sehr genau und entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Also keine Mogelpackung!
2)Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und gepflegt,sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
3) Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche Menschen, die uns mit alles sehr genau erläuterten und immer in Bereitschaft sind, falls man ihre Hilfe benötigt.
4) Uns gefiel die Lage des Ferienhauses sehr gut: abseits der Verkehrshektik und des Trubels der City in dörflicher Umgebung gelegen, war es ein ideales Refugium.
5) Alle notwendigen Versorgungseinrichtungen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, dazu ein spitzenmäßiges ital. Restaurant. Wer shoppen will, kann das in den nahegelegenen Gropius-Passagen ausgiebig tun. Im Übrigen sind Berlin-Mitte und Ku-Damm etc. in 20 Automin. zu erreichen.
6) Öffentlicher Verkehrsanschluss ist in erreichbarer Nähe.
7) Idealer Ausgangspunkt wir Ausflüge in die östlich und südlich von Berlin gelegene Naturlandschaft.

Sehr schöne FeWo. Die Austattung ist wirklich fein. In diesem Zusammenhang treffen auch die gemachten Angaben in "fewo-direkt" zu. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Randlage Rudows mit U-Bahnanschluß ist sehr angenehm. In 25min ist man am Alex.
Das interessante Umland (Potsdam, Brandenburgische Seen, usw) ist ebenfalls "gleich um die Ecke".
Positiv aufgefallen sind uns auch die moderaten Preise für Speis und Trank in der direkten Umgebung.
Wer sich gerne durch die Vororte ißt, fühlt sich hier gut aufgehoben.
In Rudow und dem angrenzenden Stadtteilen hat es eine ganze Reihe gute Restaurants und Kneipen.
Zappelschuppen sind (zum Glück) nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Einkäufe lassen sich ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß erledigen. Im Ort gibt es alles.
Auch der weiblichen Begleitung wird es nicht langweilig. Schnäppchenmärkte und andere "Shoppingevents" gibt es in der nahen Umgebung zur Genüge.

Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett. Während unseres 4-wöchigen Aufenthaltes wurden wir sehr freundlich behandelt. Für die eine oder andere Bitte fanden wir stets offene Ohren.
Wir können diese FeWo ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
