This approx. 95 m² beautifully designed apartment is in the basement with direct access from the parking space. It consists of living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave etc., really well equipped). Two separate individual bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, TV with approx. 60 programmes and stereo with CD player are also provided. The elegant, well-maintained estate of Sweetwater Cove in Sterling Oaks is in a beautiful natural environment. This convenient estate is tranquil and contains beautiful big two-storey houses. The apartment has its own covered car port. The estate has very good leisure facilities such as a large swimming pool, whirlpool, tiki bar, large clubhouse with terrace and restaurant. For sport enthusiasts we have tennis (more than 10 floodlit courts), golf, jogging, bicycle and pedestrian paths close by.

Eine großzügige, voll ausgestattete Wohnung in einer schönen, abgeschlossenen Anlage. Pool,Tennisplatz und schönes Clubhaus vorhanden.
Nur wenige Minuten bis Bonita Beach.
Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten wie Fort Myers Beach, Naples, Everglades und die Keys.
Wir haben uns drei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist sehr detalliert und trifft voll zu. An Inventar und Ausstattung fehlt es an überhaupt nichts, die Wohnung liegt inmitten einer sehr gepflegten und zentralen Wohnanlage. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die herlichen Strände sowie die nächsten Einkaufmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten. Rundum perfekt - wir kommen gerne wieder.
