Gemütliche Wohnung in Köln

In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

Da die Wohnung in der Stadt liegt, ist hier kein Auto erforderlich meines Erachtens. Obwohl es im Zentrum liegt, war es nicht zu laut.

Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass ich die Wohnung weiterempfehlen würde.

Die Wohnung fanden wir im Internet.Sie entsprach den Beschreibungen.Sehr sauber und gepflegt.Der Vermieter empfing uns unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.Er gab uns Tips,wo man parken könnte, wie wir in die City kommen etc.Wir waren 4 Personen und fühlten uns sehr wohl.Einzig der Straßenlärm war störend,da keine Schallschutzfenster und die Bahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür - was andererseits ja wieder von Vorteil war....Also wir können diese nette kleine Wohnung für Köln- Touristen nur empfehlen.Selbst ein Kinderreisebett und ein Hochstuhl für die kleinsten Gäste sind vorhanden.Alles nur wenige Meter entfernt, vom Bäcker bis zum Tante Emma Laden. Von den vielen, unzähligen gemütlichen Kneipen ganz zu schweigen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschöne Tage in Köln

Wir, EX-Kölner, sind aus familiären Gründen für ein paar Tage nach Köln gekommen und haben die Wohnung übers Internet entdeckt.
Da wir die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut kennen war allein da schon die Begeisterung groß. Zudem gab es sehr schnell immer wieder netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der auch ausserordentlich flexibel mit unserer Anreisezeit war. Hierfür noch ein dickes DANKE !

Die Wohnung ist eine wirklich gute Empfehlung und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder diese Wohnung anmieten.

Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, das Schlafzimmer sowie auch das Wohnzimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Schön war auch der in der Wohnung der sehr pflegeleichte Holzfußboden und der nach hinten gelegene Balkon. Ach, es war wirklich wirklich schön !

Zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung einfach ideal, mit der Bahn (nur wenige Fußmeter entfernt) konnte man in wenigen Minuten alles schnell erreichen und natürlich auch die Kölner City mit Ihren tollen Brauhäusern.
Sülz selbst bietet auch einige sehr gute Lokalitäten und auch der Wochenmarkt, Mittwoch und Samstag, nur 5 Fußminuten entfernt, ist immer ein Besuch wert.
