The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has a cosy living and dining room and a completely equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a covered terrace with a view of the central pool. The apartment is equipped with a/c (warm/cold), there is German satellite TV and in the underground garage you will find a reserved parking space. From here you can comfortably get to the apartment in the first floor via an elevator, it is thus very ideal for seniors as well. Here guests can feel comfortable during the summer (two pools, beach can be reached easily in a few minutes on foot) and the winter (peaceful, very clean and well-kept complex, a lot of options for athletic activities).

The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a very well-kept, peaceful complex in the urbanisation Miraflores, a district of Mijas-Costa near the coastal street between Malaga and Marbella. The beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars can be reached easily on foot. By car or with the bus you can get to multiple shopping centres nearby, there are also many options for recreational and evening fun. An interesting destination could be the nearby back country with its typical Spanish villages, a day excursion to the large culture cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba, a tour to Gibraltar and Tarifa in connection with a ferry ride to Tanger in Morocco or you can go on a shopping tour to nearby Marbella with its sophisticated marina Puerto Banus.

Top Ferienwohnung, die genau der Beschreibung und unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Gartenanlage mit vielen Pflanzen und zwei Pools mit Kinderbecken. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und nette Betreuung vor Ort.
Haben hier 3 Wochen im Mai/Juni 2009 richtig genießen können und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung, Sonne + Wärme haben unseren Urlaub auf das Angenehmste versüsst. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack gemütlich eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet, dass selbst uns ferienwohnungerprobten Reisenden kein Wunsch offen blieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Sonne und Kultur getankt - Ruhe und Trubel genossen, ganz wie man will. Zwei große Pools + herrliche Sandstrände in der Nähe sorgten für die nötige Abkühlung der heißen Sommertage. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die gastfreundliche Wohnung, die liebevolle, abwechslungsreiche und kleine Bibliothek mit Plänen + Reiseführer + Tipps für die Region. Empfehlenswert, da auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Julia und Tom

Ich komme wieder

Wohnung: top gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet

Ausstattung: alles ist da was man im Urlaub benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen

Betreeung: Empfang und Einweisung sehr freundlich und hilsbereit, immer ansprechbar

Anlage: 2 grosse Pools, aussergewöhnlich sauber sowie die ganze Anlage und sehr ruhig

Wege zum Strand: 5- 10 min zu Fuss ( den Berg runter ) mit dem Auto oder Bus in 3km zu einem der schönsten Dünenstrände in der Umgebung- Ausfahrt Cabopino oder Elviria

Sportliche Aktivitäten: Golfparadies, wandern in der Umgebung, auch geführte Wanderungen, für mich jedoch, als alleinreisender Tennisfan, gibt es eine herrliche Tennisanlage ( Club del Sol) mit 10 Sandplätzen in 2km per Auto erreichbar.
Super: man braucht keinen Tennispartner, ohne Voranmeldung findet fast jeden Tag ein Mixturnier statt - Für 11 € zwei Stunden spielen, trinken, Tapas essen und Preisverlosung, alles inklusive, echt toll !

Empfehlung: die Anmietung eines Autos bei der Ankunft am Flughafen ist zu Empfehlen, zumal eine Tiefgarage vorhanden ist-
Ich empfehle dieses Objekt für Leute, die etwas Entdecken wollen, neugierig sind und selbstbestimmt den Urlaub verbringen wollen.
Geeignet für Einzelpersonen sowie Ehepaare mit Kindern.

P.s: Gute Saisonvorbereitung für Tennisspieler im oben genannten Club, Tennisschule Klaus Hofsäss und Manolo Santana Raquets Club. ( Die Sandplätze sind auch im Winter bespielbar)

Fazit: Gute Erholung, Sport, Erlebnisse, tolles Wetter- Ich komme wieder !

Diese Wohnung entsprach in allen Belangen unseren Vorstellungen und alle angegebenen Merkmale sind auch wirklich vorhanden. Wir werden garantiert wieder buchen.
Gerade für uns als Golfer ist diese Gegend direkt ein Paradies, und die hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit ihrer gepflegten Umgebung trug viel zu unserer Erholung bei.
