Very beautiful, typical new built Majorcan natural-stone Finca near location. The plot with 15.000 m² is completely fenced in. The house with 2 level floors has 260 m² floor space. In the ground floor we have al large hall with gallery on the upper floor, living-dining room with german SAT-TV and adjoining typical Majorcan kitchen with large open fire place and the kitchen with vitro, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, adjoining a large storeroom with wash machine. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds as soon as 1 large bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there a the gallery with sleeping couch, 2 double bedrooms with bath en suite (1 of them with large whirl tub), 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There is also a balcony with a famous green view to the abbey of San Salvador and to Arta. In the house is central heating . Swimming pool 4x8 m with large pool terrace, sun couches, garden furniture and BBQ place. Famous afar round view.
