Luxury new building in Spanish style, quiet, yet central location

Casa Corsario is a luxury villa in a modern Spanish style that was built in 2007. The lone standing house is located on the slope of the Siera Gelada. Observing the sun set behind the surrounding mountain chains is very nice from the pool. You will inhabit the ground floor in a separate, tastefully furnished apartment. The rest of the house will not be rented during your stay, thus, the garden and pool are available to you alone. There are a lot of lawn chairs, tables and chairs in the large garden where you will find palm trees, a 300 year old olive grove by the pool, orange and lemon trees and an old cork oak tree. Everyone will find their favourite place here. The pool is filled with salt water – salt water is especially good for sensitive skin. The summer kitchen invites you to cook and grill, the porch (covered patio) has a lot of shade. There is a sauna in the garden for the winter.

Casa Corsario is located on the slope of the Sierra Gelada – a ridge by the sea between the artists city of Altea (3 km) and the coastal resort of Benidorm (5 km). The house is located in a very quiet villa area, yet it is also central. The beach is about 1.4 km away. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are only 500 – 1000 m away. The recreational possibilities nearby are second to none. Tennis, golf, horseback riding, water and adventure parks, marine zoo with dolphins and whales, diverse beach activities and a lot more. The surroundings are very diverse. The coast with its beaches, the vast, fertile Callossa Valley with fruit orchards (oranges, almonds, olives, nisperos...) and the overwhelming, surrounding mountain range. There are more destinations here (wall fortresses, wild parks, waterfalls, zoos...). Altogether, this area located between the coastal city of Albir has a special, mild and healthy micro climate.
