The apartment has a stunning sea view from all rooms and from the balcony. There is a wonderful view over the Old Town as well. It is bright, south facing and sunny all day. Two bedrooms under the roof (no standing height) with air condition and big Velux windows (sea view). Big living, kitchen and bath. Fully equipped – oven, micro wave, dish washer, washing machine, and dryer. Air con in living room. Renovated in 2006. The entrance of the house is situated on the stairs going up to the green hill of the Old Town, with old castle ruins. Therefore there are no cars and it is very calm. You thus have a combination of calmness and very central location in one. This is very rare in the Old town. On the hill you have waterfalls, panoramic view of the sea and the whole town, picnic places and play grounds.

Ski: 3 skiresorts app. 70 km away. busses are going daily from the bus station, 250 m from the apartment. We are happy to help you to organise a ski-trip.

Excellent Stay in a Perfect Apartment

My partner and I stayed in this lovely apartment in June 2009 and were overwhelmed with everything. It was exactly as described and just what we needed for a relaxing stay in the Cote d'Azur.
The facilities and amenities were all plentiful and in working order.
The location is what you would expect for a relaxing stay in Nice and still close to the main attractions and places of interest.
We would definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to visit again.
We look forward to our next visit!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage am Schlossberg in der Altstadt ist optimal zur Erkundung der Stadt und des Umlandes (fußläufige Entfernung zum Gare Routière). Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Aufenthalt 20. - 27. Juni 2009

Hallo!
Die Wohnung Nr. 11 ist eine sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt liegt sie sehr zentral und bietet einen tollen Blick über die Altstadt. Die Wohnung hat sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten die man sich wünscht: TV, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner usw. und vor allem das schöne Ambiente der Einrichtung überzeugt.
Die Wohnung war bei Anreise sauber geputzt - nur hätten die Schlafmöglichkeiten etwas reiner gesäubert sein können. Das lässt sich aber sicherlich durch die Reinigungskräfte regulieren.
Die Kontaktaufnahme, Unterstützung vor der Anreise und Betreuung war sehr gut. Die Schlüssel- und Parkscheinübergabe gut organisiert und problemlos.
Eine Info für Hundebesitzer: es sind nur ein paar Stufen zum Schlossberg, wo der Vierbeiner sein Geschäft erledigen kann. Der Zugang zum Schlossberg ist jedoch täglich nur von 8 - 20 Uhr geöffnet. Falls der Hund später noch mal raus muss und sich dann nur auf Grünflächen entleeren kann, wird es schwierig da in der Altstadt in nächster Nähe kein Rasen zu finden ist. Das ist aber ein "Problem" der Altstadt und nicht der Wohnung. Gerade wegen der Nähe zum Schlossberg wäre die Wohnung unter diesem Aspekt zu empfehlen.
Die Möglichkeit einen Stellplatz im Parkhaus anzumieten sollte man unbedingt nutzen, da es so gut wie keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt. Die vielen Stufen bis zur Wohnung machen die An- und Abreise zu einer kleinen "Fitnessübung".
Kurzum wäre die Wohnung für Nizzaliebhaber sehr zu empfehlen.

Hallo!
Wir sind gut nach Hause gekommen und wir wollten uns ganz herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt in Wohnung 11 bei euch bedanken. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, liegt perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Blick vom Balkon und aus allen Fenstern ist fantastisch.
Mit dem Tiefgaragenplatz in der Altstadt hat es sehr gut geklappt!
