Restored, Tuscan stone house in the hills of Camaiore with a stunning view of the sea. The house was completely restored and is equipped with a very good kitchen and bathrooms. The house is very tastefully furnished with rustic antiques. The garden invites you to relax with its large patio and sea view. The property is enclosed and a garage belongs to the house. A dishwasher and television are present. A very good restaurant is about a 2 minute walk away.

The property is on the edge of the city in the small, charming city of Camaiore (30,000 citizens) in a peaceful residential area and is found in the St. Lucia district which has one of the most beautiful views. St. Lucia can be reached from Camaiore and Monteggiroi within a few minutes. Camaiore is a city with a lively old-city, nice restaurants and shops. The famous beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta, the city of arts, Pisa and Lucca are both 20 - 30 minutes away. Beautiful hiking paths in Garfagnana with waterfalls and caves are also on site. Florence, the Chianti region, S. Gimignano, Cinque Tierre and Portofino can be reached in 1 - 2 hours.

Notes: The house has a very good standard and was restored with a lot of love. Especially impressing is the large patio with its unique view. The sanitary furnishings have the highest quality, it is fun to cook in the kitchen. The house has light and friendly colors.

Das Ferienhaus ist nicht freistehend, es befindet sich in einer "Stadtmauer". Die Angaben zur Ausstattung sind korrekt, wobei es zu erwähnen gilt, dass nur 5 Schlafplätze vorhanden sind. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Für Senioren, die Probleme beim Gehen oder Treppen steigen haben, oder auch Familien mit kleinen Kinder ist es ungeeigent, da sich sehr viele Treppen in diesem Haus befinden. Es ist z.T. so, dass man selbst von einem Zimmer zum anderen eine Treppe zurücklegen muss. Das Haus hat einen Superblick, einen schönen Garten und eine schöne Terrasse. Doch leider besteht aufgrund der Lage, am Hang, und aufgrund der Größe des Ortes, gerade mit einem kleinen Kind und Senioren, fast keine Möglichkeit einen Spaziergang zu machen, da eine nicht unerhebliche Steigung vorhanden ist und das Pflaster auch aus großen Steinen besteht. Man muss sich auch darüber im Klaren sein, dass man ohne Auto verloren ist. Schlecht war die Verständigung mit dem "Hausmeister" bei der Schlüsselübergabe, da er kein Wort Englisch und Deutsch spricht.
