The friendly, well equipped flat (ca. 60 sq) is in the ground floor of a double house half with separate entrance, garden and car park place. The flat is arranged very cozily and has a living room with TV, open kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher and access to the large patio with view to the little garden with grill. A bedroom with double bed and access to a little garden and a children room with 2 single beds, as well as a daylight bath with shower offer place for 4 to 5 people. The friendly and cozy atmosphere, the large patio, the good equipment in the Italian style as well as the quiet area near to the beach enable a comfortable stay for families with children. Pets are welcome.

Notes to the rental rates

• Additional costs for energy, water, gas, bed linen: Euro 25,- per persons and week. Final cleaning Euro 75,-. Terms and conditions: rental period: weekly from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay one week, in July and August 2 weeks. At the booking there is a down payment of 50% to be done by bank transfer. The rest of 50% are to be paid at house delivery up on arrival in Anzio together with the deposit of Euro 200,-.
