The rustico villa Casa Ripi is 5 km away from the medieval village of Radicondoli and on a hill with a unique panoramic view. The 120m² apartment, recently renovated in a typical Tuscan style, can house 6-8 people comfortably. 3 double bedrooms, a large living room with an open fireplace, SAT-TV, video recorder, HiFi device with cd player, broadband internet, a large eat-in kitchen with exclusive furnishing like an oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, espresso and coffee machine and a lot more are all waiting for you, while a bathroom with WC, bidet, tub/shower combo, a 60 m² panorama roof patio with a grilling corner and an outdoor pool (8 x 5m) are present. In Radicondoli you can find everything that you need: 3 grocery stores, 3 bars, bakery, butcher, barbershop, tobacco/magazine store, bank with an international cash dispenser, post office, pharmacy, doctor, etc. Super markets are additionally found in Colle Val d' Elsa (about 25 km).
