In this traditional stone house you will soon feel right at home. The terrace is located directly in front of the kitchen with flowers and massive wood furniture. In the large garden with lawn areas and old trees you will always find the right place to read a book in peace or to just relax. The house has about 180 m² of living space, which is divided onto 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find the cosy eat-in kitchen with an open fireplace, a large living-dining room, a salon (television room) with fireplace, a bathroom (bathtub, washing machine) and a separate WC. Through a wooden staircase and a spacious hallway on the first floor you can get to two large bedrooms (one is slanted - beds 140 x 190), each with a sitting corner and to the spacious bathroom with a shower/WC. In the slanted attic with light roof windows on the 2nd floor you will find another bedroom (bed 130 x 190) and another sleeping accommodation.

Sehr guter Zustand, behagliche Atmosphäre, voll von Antiquitäten, sehr ruhig gelegen, großes Areal für Kinder um zu Spielen oder Abenteuer zu erleben. Wirklich den Preis wert. Das Meer (plage le sable Blanc sehr empfehlenswert) gut und schnell mit dem Auto, aber auch mit dem Fahrrad (durch Hügel etwas anspruchsvoll) gut zu erreichen. Viel spaß mit den recht guten Wellen für Kinder und Jugendliche. Neopren shorties (vor Ort preiswert zu erstehen) sind wegen der erfrischenden Wassertemperaturen empfehlenswert. Restaurant Le Gibus in bzw. bei Locquirec ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere Sandwiches am Hafen in Locquirec. Viele Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten (Chateaus, Hügelgräber) in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Entfernung.

Die Lage des Hauses war perkeft für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und ans Meer. Das sehr schön eingerichtete Haus und das riesige Grundstück waren sehr idyllisch und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern unkompliziert und freundlich - daß das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat, obliegt natürlich immer dem Zufall.
