Photos and Description of this Aregno holiday house Elegant, spacious house with Mediterranean flair for 6 adults and 2 children.

The owners helped with the furnishing of this house. High-quality, luxurious and with modern standards, but simultaneously with a successful mix with antiques. The centre of Masion Paoli is the spacious living room. In the middle of the very well-equipped kitchen you will find a sophisticated dining table with a view above the property to the sea. The room ends in a nice sofa corner. The room has multiple doors to the terrace. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom in elegant cream colours with a private shower/bath/WC. Through the staircase you can get to the open mezzanine. A separate cuddly sitting corner is installed here. The sofa can also be used as a sofa bed. Two more spacious double bedrooms and a shower bath/WC are also located above. The property is spaciously designed with a sun terrace surrounded with flowers, BBQ terrace and meadow. The panorama view is breathtaking.

The Maison Paoli appears to be an ideal starting point for a stay in Balagne, everything can be reached in a short amount of time. Here at half height you can live well and dignified. One of the most beautiful and peaceful bays at your feet and local specialties here above in the region. The neighbouring city of St. Antonio, for example, is like an eagle's nest above everything and attracts with its stunning view. Just as attractive is the product of Monsieur Antonini, the unbeatable best local producer of the Muskat dessert wine. If we are already on "sur la route", you can drive further on the path of Monticellu - Speluncatu in the Olivadia Bichon. Real local olive oil and specially made sweet and sour oil can be found there. Back in Aregno a visit to the Poterie d'art de Praoli is worth it. The merchandise here differentiates itself refreshingly from the simple pottery of the island. The wide bay of Aregno-Plage and Algajola is stunning.

We spent in total 8 days in this very nice house. Located in Praoli (Aregno) it's a good "base camp" for hiking tours in the north-west-area.
We were very warm welcomed and accompanied by the owner. The house is well equipped with nearly all things you need for a pleasant stay.

Why "only" 4+ Stars?
- It's mandatory to have a car for any activity
- There is no Internet connection (WiFi)
- No bakery or food store within easy walking distance
