Situation: In the villa estate (by the Carvoeiro Club) west of the centre of Carvoeiro. 2000 m to the beaches of Paraiso and Praia do Carvoeiro. You can reach 5 other beaches by car in 5 – 10 minutes. Restaurants are half a kilometre to 2 kilometres away and there are 2 golf sites (Pinta and Gramacho) 2 km away. A tennis court is 800 m away. You’ll find 3 supermarkets within 2 – 4 km. Living room equipped with large marble fireplace, upholstered seating, and dining table. A glazed, covered veranda. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher. There’s car parking directly adjacent to the house. Outside there’s a huge 300 m2 sun terrace with sea view and barbecue area. The high point outside is the 12.5m x 6m pool. You can start your day with a refreshing swim and relax and unwind after a day on the beach. The ground area of 20 m2 keeps you clear of curious onlookers.

Praya do Corvoeiro is the full name of this beautiful holiday resort. A former fishing village, this is certainly one of the most beautiful and attractive holiday resorts in the Algarve. Unlike other places, the strict planning laws have meant that high rise development has been restricted. The result is that beside the traditional Portuguese houses, painted gleaming white and surrounding the bathing bays there are many small apartment blocks and groups of villas and some 3 or 4 star hotels. Many famous people have appreciated the advantages of Corvoeiro and have had villas built here. Many guests are drawn here to spend the winter months. Over 100 restaurants, bars and shops offer local and international specialities. 5 bathing bays with sandy beaches invite you to swim, snorkel, dive or surf. Corvoeiro is an ideal place to go, whatever the time of year!

Yacht Charter: With us you can hire the 14 m sailing yacht ‘Tenderli’ by the day or half day or the 13 m motor yacht ‘Cheyenne’. The price is 79.00 Euro per person. Full hire, including skipper, lunch and fuel, costs 590.00-790.00 Euro per yacht per day (maximum 10-12 people).

Hiking: Hike along the coast and cliffs of Corvoeiro. It is a wonderful experience. We live on the spot and can give advice about the routes. Guided hikes through the Monchique mountains (30 km away) can be booked with the famous German walk leader, Uwe Schemionek.

Golf: There are two 18 hole golf courses, ‘Pinta’ and ‘Gramacho’ with the well known David Leadbetter golf school are only 2 km away. The 9 hole ‘Vale de Milho’ is 4 km away.

Wir waren im März 2008 in der Casa Nova zu Gast. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders der Pool war gut, fast 13m lang , man konnte richtig schwimmen. Der Meerblick ist besser als auf den Fotos. Sehr nett fanden wir die Tipps des Vermieters zu den Stränden und den Restaurants. Unsere Empfehlung ist das Restaurant Estrela do Mar. Sehr lecker und auch preiswert sowie fangrfischer Fisch zu guten Preisen. Zu zweit war das Haus eigentlich zu gross für uns, für Familienurlaub sicher empfehlenswert. Carvoeiro hat uns auch gefallen, wri waren zum 1. Mal hier. Die versteckten kleinen Felsbuchten sind absolut toll und romantisch. Im März hatten wir teilweise schon knapp 30 Grad in der Badebucht. Also ein gelungener Urlaub!
