The apartment is located on the top floor in a quiet residence building in Berlin-Reinickendorf giving view over Berlin. The building is equipped with an elevator. Parking spaces are sufficiently available. It is only 2 minutes by foot to bus and underground station and 5 min to the city train. The flat sizes 45 sqm and contains a big living room with dining place, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and balcony with garden furniture. The apartment is very well equipped and contains a complete kitchen with micro wave, coffee machine, oven and toaster. TV and radio are in the living room. Provision of towels and bed lining is included.

Als langjährige Stammgäste nutzen wir diese gemütliche Wohnung immer wieder gerne für unseren zahlreichen Berlinbesuche. Sie liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig aber ruhig und befindet sich im Grünen mit Traumblick über Berlin. Der Supermarkt, S-, U-Bahnen und Busse sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es war immer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kleinere Sonderwünschen fanden stets offene Ohren.

Die Fewo ist wie im Internet beschrieben hell und freundlich und verkehrstechnisch bestens angebunden. Die nette und zuvorkommende Art der Vermieter ist beispielhaft und unaufdringlich. Hier stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Empfehlenswert für Menschen, die Geborgenheit und Ruhe und trotzdem die Möglichkeit des Großstadtlebens schätzen. Wir sind gerne wieder Gäste.

ruhiges Appartement in Berlin

Die Angaben im Inserat treffen voll zu, die Wohnung ist komfortabel, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und der neue ganz nah gelegene Supermarkt ist für Touristen ohne Auto super.
Wir mieten diese Wohnung ein- bis zweimal pro Jahr für
unsere Freunde aus München und empfehlen sie auch anderen Bekannten bei Bedarf.

Betreuung durch Vermieter,Domizil schon an Freunde em-
pfohlen,eigene Mietdauer 2x4Wo. pro Jahr,äußerst günstig
für Urlaub ohne Auto,praktischer Einkauf im Supermarkt.
Besonders erwähnenswert, die schnell zu erreichenden
öffentl.Verkehrsmittel.
