The very well kept Villa Cecilia is located quietly in a complex with private vacation homes, about 800m (10 minutes by foot, 3 minutes with bike) from a dreamlike beach with fine sand in St. Margherita di Pula where the German national team had their training camp before the 2006 soccer world cup. The area has private homes, the private street leading off of the main street can only be entered by residents through a gate with a code. Thus, the area is quiet and the beach is not overcrowded during the peak season. The house was very lovely furnished by the owners. Parking spaces are available by the beach.

Family-friendly vacation home with garden in a private vacation complex with numerous recreational possibilities and a stunning beach. In a 5 minute drive, you can reach the golf course “Is Molas” and the beautiful Sardinian village of Pula. There you will find everything that you expect from an Italian village: a piazzetta with ice cream shops and restaurants, boutiques and all shopping facilities needed for your every day purchases. In a 15 minute drive, you can reach the famous beaches of Baia Chia with their impressive sand dunes. About 40km you will find Cagliari, whose historical center is in any case worth a visit.
