Visit all the year round Pollensa, which has long been known as an idyllic summer destination with its long hot days and balmy nights. However, the winter sun provides an excellent tonic. It's an ideal time for visiting many of the island's treasures, or for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers, etc. Catch the almond or orange blossom between January and March. The 9-hole golf course at Pollensa is also open all year round. Pollensa is an ideal location for bird watching especially during the migrating season as the area is in the migratory path. Also Sa Pobla, which is close to the villa is a town with a very interesting cultural live. In January there is the 'nit Bruixa' a light, fire and traditional music during all night. Also in August there is the International Jazz Festival, with the best artists in this music. The beaches can be reached in only 15 minutes by car. Alcudia, Pollensa Cala San Vicens etc., as well as Pollensa Golf are also only 3 km away.
