This is a large and beautiful holiday farmhouse set in a location to match. In the foothills of Mache’s northern Apennine range it offers tranquility and beauty in equal measure. This old but well restored farmhouse is ideal for one or two families. The farmhouse has been divided in two spacious halfs. One half will be rented for up to 10 guests. A baby-cot and cleaning service can be provided. An extra service is the 'Chef-on-request' otherwise you can visit the nearby restaurant run by the owner. There is a private, landscaped lake within walking distance. Is has a swimming pool measuring 8 by 4 by 1,10 m and a garden of about 3000 m². The pool will be opened from 3rd of May until 4th of October 2008.

The property is close to the small town of Piobbico five kilometres away, famous in Italy for its Club dei Brutti which promotes the virtues of “ugliness over the slavery of beauty.” An hour to the north is San Marino, closer by is famous Urbino (about 30 km). Urbino remains one of the most important towns in the Marche - indeed in Italy - for the tourist in search of great Italian art and architecture and its beguiling streets well reward the curious traveller. Its centro storico now boasts the honour of being included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. The beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Coast are about half an hour’s drive.
