A new maisonette domicile with the first use in Nov. 2007. The maisonette has three levels and is in good taste and comfortably furnished. By the large panorama windows, the west adjustment and the open design all rooms are light-flooded and offers much place for relaxing inside and outside for max. 4 persons. The domicile is family-friendly and offers also for infants the necessary devices. For entertainment TV, Stereo/CD as well as various games are available. The new kitchen is completely equipped with electric kitchen stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils and plates and dishes. The Baltic Sea is in 1,8 km attainable over a idyllic country way. Where you can go for bathing, surfing (especially kite surfing), inline skating, riding or just walk in the nature. The next town is Wismar which is 15 km far away for further leisure activities.

Stove is direct a small idyllic place at the Baltic Sea coast in the heart of Mecklenburg Vorpommern. The next larger city, Wismar, is appropriate for only 15 km far away. Both in the summer and in the winter you find here outstanding possibilities for young and old, so that determines no boredom arises. Few kilometres far away the island Poel with the white and fantastic sand beaches lies. Dreamed fishing villages, flowering salt meadows, fantastic sail and Surf best conditions you will find in direct environment. Land inward there are many seas and forest-rich areas.

Super Urlaub

WIr waren mit 3 Kindern (davon 1 Säugling) + Hund in diesem schönen Haus. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir waren mit der Ausstattung auch sehr zufrieden (zumal wir auch das Glück hatten ein Nachbarhaus zu besichtigen, was alles andere als schön war). Die Entfernungen zum Meer;Badestrand, EInkaufsmöglichleiten waren wie beschrieben, sicherlich it ein PKW erforderlich aber das war uns aufgrund der guten Beschreibung bekannt. Das einzige was uns aufgefallen ist das die Treppe zum Spitzboden (Schlafmöglichkeit der Kinder) sehr steil ist. Unser Sohn (5 Jahre) ist diese auch direkt runtergefallen. Außer Schürfwunden und Blutergüssen aber zum Glück nicht mehr passiert. Diese Treppe ist nicht für kleine Kinder oder Senioren geignet. Dies sollte man bei der Buchung bedenken. EIne Mikrowelle wäre auch schön gewesen.
Fazit: Eine sehr schön eingerichtete, praktische Ferienwohnung mit einem guten Preis- Leistungsverhältniss. Allerdings mit zwei Schlafplätzen die aufgrund der steilen Treppe nur von einem begrenzten Personenkreis nutzbar sind.

Es war eine Erfahrung wert...

Urlaub mit Niveau Gescher

Zunächst ein mal muss ich sagen, dass die Angaben alle der Realität entsprachen!

Positiv ist außerdem anzumerken,dass...:
Nützliche Kleinigkeiten vorhanden waren, wie z.B.: Gewürze, Wasserkocher, Hundenapf (falls man den mal vergessen sollte), Fön, Staubsauger, Insektenschutz an dem 1. OG-Schlafzimmer sowie am rechten Fenster unten(!),viele Bücher und vor allem einen Zweitschlüssel.
Auch der Emailkontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Leider muss ich aber auch ein paar negative Dinge einbringen:
Im Nachhinein wären uns ein paar Dinge wichtiger gewesen, wie z.B.
- eine Dusche
(Zwar ist die Badewanne mit einem Duschkopf ausgestattet, ab aufgrund der Dachschräge ist es leider nicht möglich sich hinzustellen.)
- eine Mikrowelle
- bequemere Stühle
Außerdem war leider die Halterung für den Sonnenschirm kaputt und der Nachbar war nicht besonders tierlieb ("Können sie ihren Hund nicht mal erziehen?!" - rief es über die Hecke, nur weil der Hund kurz gebellt hat als wir einen Auslug machen wollten).

Insgesamt würde ich ein Auto auch auf jeden Fall empfehlen, da die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entweder 15 km (Wismar) oder 11 km (Neubukow) entfernt liegen. Dort gibt es dann aber Plus, Lidl, Edeka, Norma, Real, Aldi, Getränkeshops sowie Restaurants.
Einen Bäcker gibt es in Stove.

Alles in allem würde ich aber sagen, dass ich diese Wohnung an Kurzurlauber (bis zu einer Woche & insg. nur 2 Personen) weiterempfehlen kann!

Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Bei unserem Urlaub stimmte alles: Lage & Ausstattung der Wohnung, die sehr nette Buchungsabwicklung und sogar das Wetter hat mitgespielt!
Auch unsere 1-jährige Tochter hat sich super wohlgefühlt, auch dank der tollen kindgerechten Einrichtung der Wohnung.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen Sie natürlich jederzeit weiter.
