This apartment is as central as you can get. It’s practically in the middle of the main pedestrian and shopping street called Váci Street, surrounded by posh stores, patios, restaurants, theatres, cafés, clubs and a great tourist and nightlife. The apartment building is classy, clean and simply gorgeous. Location, location, location. This two room superb apartment is not only on the best location you can possibly find in Budapest, but it also features a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, sheets, and towels. Our SuperCenter Apartment is an ideal choice for couples, families or group of friends. It has an excellent access to public transportation as all 3 subways, street-car and city bus lines pass in the neighbourhood.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach klasse, ganz zentral und nur ein paar Meter von der Bushalte- sowie der U-Bahn Haltestelle entfernt (wer mit dem Flugzeug ankommt, kann mit Bus und U-Bahn ganz leicht dort hinfinden).
Um zur Fußgängerzone zu gelangen muss man nur durch eine Unterführung auf die andere Straßenseite. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich auch Wechselmöglichkeiten um mit seinem Geld auf Shoppingtour zu gehen.
Dazu kommt noch, dass ein 24h-Supermarkt direkt an der Ecke ist, sodass man auch noch um 3Uhr morgens einkaufen kann (so ist die Selbstversorgung auf alle Fälle sichergestellt).

Die Ferienwohnung selber war sauber und hatte an Ausstattung alles was man benötigt um sich morgens seinen Kaffee zu machen (allerdings nur mit Wasserkocher und Pulverkaffee) oder sich auch mal schnell was zu kochen, wenn man gerade eine Pause einlegt. Für Raucher eignet sich hier allerdings die größere Wohnung, da sie über einen Balkon verfügt. (Nichtraucherwohnungen)

Das Bild mit der beeindruckenden Treppe ist wirklich genial, wenn man es sieht. Es ist allerdings nicht der Eingang zu dem Treppenhaus um zur Ferienwohung zu gelangen.

In dem Gebäude kann man sich durch das Personal und die Türcodes gut aufgehoben fühlen, wobei die Verständigung zum Teil mit Englisch-Brocken und Gesten zu führen ist, es sei denn man kann ungarisch. Aber das funktioniert mit Händen und Füßen ganz gut.

Das einzigste was ein bisschen Ungeschickt ist, ist dass man einige Treppen laufen muss, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Aber so sorgt man auch schon für genügend Bewegung um Fit zu werden ;-)

Außerdem was will man im Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung?!

Die Betreuung durch unseren Vermieter war sehr gut, v.a. durch den E-Mail Verkehr im Vorfeld um alles Nötige abzuklären. Wir hatten auch das Glück unserem sympathischen Vermieter persönlich zu begegnen.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung, wenn man es mit anderen Wohnungen oder Hotels vergleicht.

the picture of the outside of the building is is false.
Usefull information presented with the keys
the apartment is clean well kept and equiped except there is no hair dryer or iron.
location is good. the owner is friendly.
television gets only pro7 in german.
it shpuld be made clear in the advertisment that it is a no-smoking apartment.
It is on the second floor- no lift, for older or disabled people with luggage could be a problem.

Sehr Zentral aber laut

Perfekte Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Metro- und Busstationen neben der Haustür. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft im gleichen Haus.
Zu laut auch bei geschloßenen Fenstern. Kein Aufzug.
Einen Parkplatz zu finden auch für eine kurze Zeit ist kaum möglich.
Die Ausstattung ist für deutsche Verhältnisse eher einfach.
Es ist aber deutlich günstiger und geräumiger als eine Hotelzimmer in der Budapest-City.

wir haben uns im Appartment wohlgefühlt. Es hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Der Preis ist OK.
Allerdings war es ziemlich laut, durch die Nachbarn :-(
