Our apartment is located in a quiet location on the ocean and has a beautiful view of the sea. Clean and maintained, new and modernly fitted. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 rooms (2 separate sleeping rooms), living and dining room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a refrigerator/freezer compartment. Additionally, the apartment comprises satellite TV and an air conditioning/heating system. A large terrace with 40m2 is also available. Bed linen is provided. Parking is available for you. German support on site. Upon request is also possible to use a buoy.

Clean and well maintained, new and modern furnishings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 rooms (2 separate bedrooms), living and dining area, 2 bathrooms (one in the bedroom - the other one in the hallway), kitchen and a fridge/freezer. In addition, the apartment has satellite TV and a air conditioning/heating system. A big terrace with 40m2 is also available. Bed linen is provided. A parking spot is available for you. German-language site support. On request the use of a buoy is possible.

Stanici is a small fishing village, 5 km away from Omis in the direction of Makarska and Dubrovnik. The air here is clean, the water is clear and the beach tranquil. From the steep slopes of the mountain, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the lake all the way to the island of Brac on the opposite side. In the vicinity you can always find a lonely cove with its own small, beautiful pebble beach. The people are very nice and hospitable. They will welcome you with home-made wine. Your physical well-being will be assured by some restaurants that freshly prepare food and drinks for all tastes. In addition, two small shops offer fresh bread, dairy products, fruits and vegetables and foods (fresh biscuits every day from 6:00 - 9:00). You can also enjoy the fragrance and colours of agricultural products on the weekly market in Omis. There is also the bank with a large number of ATMs available.

Great location, great country

Stayed in apartment 4 in August 2009. The view is really good and the proximity to th ebeach a bonus. The service was very good from the owner who's mum lives in the ground floor and offered us special doughnuts one day on teh way up from the beach. It would be difficult to find a better apartment for the price although I would have liked some drawers to put some clothes in and a few kunas spent on matching crokery and cutlery would not go amiss. A car is essential and the apartment is halfway from the main road to teh sea which involves some steep climbs. Emsa tours, the agent, were very helpful to us.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Der Blick zum Meer und der kurze Weg zum Strand war herrlich.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Die Hausherrin eine sehr nette Frau, immer für Ihre Gäste da.
Die deutschsprachige Betreuung ist gut.

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen im Appartement,Haus 217
genossen.Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Vom großzügigen Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick aufs
Meer und der Insel Brac.Da sich das Haus in einer Ferienhaussiedlung befindet ist ein PKW erforderlich.Wir
können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Das gepflegte Haus befindet sich in einer der schönsten Gegenden Kroatiens.
Hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer.
Der saubere und gepflegte Strand lud zum verweilen ein.
Und bei der netten, führsorglichen Hausfrau musste man
sich einfach wohlfühlen.
Die deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit.
