Lovely & quiet 3 rooms apartment with balcony next to former shooting scene
Large 3 rooms apartment within the lovely district of Prenestina in the centre of Rome. The apartment: it lies on the first floor (without elevator). Bedroom with 1 double bed, air-condition and wardrobe. Large living-room with 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Table with 4 chairs, air condition, cupboard. Kitchen: stove, fridge with freezer, table and 4 chairs, sink pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, herbs, salt, iron, kitchen towels, and washing machine. Balcony: lovely – with table and chairs. There is a metal security door from the balcony to the apartment! Bathroom: shower, toilet and hair-dryer. Free bed-linen and towels. Entrance hall. TV in the apartment. Parking space downstairs. Our family has been living in the apartment for years and therefore it is well looked after. All the rooms have windows with blinds. The apartment is perfect for two couples or friends as well as families with children.

The apartment lies on a quiet road off the main road Via Prenestina. A fantastic restaurant / bar with a large garden is just across the road and has become famous as a shooting scene for an Italian film. A great place to watch the Italian way of life. The apartment is in easy reach with public transport from both Roman airports. Direct connection from the airports to Termini station. From Termini station the tram (train) Nr. 5 goes directly to the apartment (no changing!). From there it is only a few minutes walk to the apartment. The connection of night busses to the apartment is also good from Termini station. Most of the night buses lead into Termini station (just like Trafalgar square in London). The main road is only 5 minutes walking. There you find restaurants, groceries, shops as well as the train station (tram) going directly to Termini station.
